The fish and shrimp were perfect, however the cabbage was not seasoned and the Mac and cheese was overcooked and had too much pepper.

Food was 10/10!!! Soooo good, must try. My husband and I had to turkey neck w/sausage, egg, potatoes and corn and my son had the catfish. I'm still thinking about our food til this day lol.
Service was amazing! I think our server who took our order was Raquel. She was so sweet and down to earth! Def going to make this our new spot when we dine out!

Over the weekend, my family and I decided to try Mr. Cajuns. Living in Okc, I always make it a point to try new restaurants whenever I’m in Texas. I refuse to eat anywhere that I can get back home!
My cousin recently moved to the area, and since it had been a while since we’d enjoyed some crab legs, we decided to give this establishment a try. The food was seasoned a little heavier than I typically prefer, but it was still very good. Personally, I’d rather have food with plenty of flavor than no flavor at all, which has been my experience at some other restaurants in the area.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely return the next time we’re in town.

The daiquiris are trash just bought some and has no flavor. These drinks are 2 expensive to not be good.
This is what I've been tasting for, this serving was for two days. The fish was plump and feeling. No more tasting around Iwill have my servings here.
This was my first time here! The food was so good and the one who took our order was so nice and checked on us during our visit. We will be back

This place is SO GOOD!!! We loved everything. My husband had wings n fries, I had the shrimp boil, and my daughter the gumbo. Everything was delicious! The daiquiris are amazing also and they play good music!!! We'll definitely be back!!!!

Excellent! We had crawfish, gumbo, boudain balls, and cornbread. All excellent. Family owned and run by folks from Shreveport, La., so you know it’s the real deal. Next time we’re down this way, we’ll be back!

Recommended dishes: Shrimp and Crab Legs
We visited Mr. Cajun Daiquiri yesterday. My mom ordered the 2-piece fish with six shrimp, yams, and mac & cheese. I ordered 3 pork chops with mac & cheese and cabbage.
We placed our order at 7:38 PM, as you can see in the picture, and we did not leave with our food until 9:00 PM — 1 hour and 22 minutes later. We were told the wait was because the mac & cheese was being made fresh; however, it definitely did not taste fresh when we finally received it.
To make matters worse, we sat there and watched people who ordered after us receive their food and leave before us. The truth is, they did not have the yams ready, which is why it took so long, and they also did not include the six shrimp that were supposed to come with my mom’s order. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer a free cake or anything for the long wait.
My pork chops were very tough and bland. The juice from the cabbage and the condensation from the heat made the breading soggy, and it completely fell off the chops. I also ordered a daiquiri, which ended up diluted from sitting so long while we waited.
It will be a while before I come back — if I decide to return at all — because I paid $43.30 for food that was disappointing once I finally received it.

If I could give this place ten stars, it wouldn’t be enough. The food is top tier, the customer service is excellent and the environment is amazing! I came across this place one day I was craving turkey necks. I got those with the combo and I havent stopped coming since. This is LITERALLY my favorite restaurant! Real good southern food!
