I will start off saying I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food or taste. Papa John’s is my favorite pizza branch, and this location has always delivered good food. However, their customer service is severely lacking. I went to pick up my pizza order, and the first thing I noticed is that the young man running the counter had both AirPods in. Now, I could understand if he was in the back and wanted to listen to something, but running the counter with them...
