Not really suited for dine in, only 2 tables...however Pizza was good, would def order to go.

Pizza was fine but ordered 3 toppings on the left and 3 toppings on the right. Went in to pick it up and they charged us for 6 full toppings. I asked them about it and they maintained the price. $30 for one pizza?!! No thanks!

First time here at pizza Milan in Forney., worker immediately was to my request., good ., quick service ., clean environment, GREAT pizza, pasta and dessert.!! Highly recommend 🤙🏿

Amazing local spot!

Pizza Milan 1 is one of my favorite hidden gems in Forney. Ralph always shows outstanding customer service — he’s friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like family the moment you walk in.

The cheese pizza is fire every single time. Perfect crust, great flavor, and always fresh.

The atmosphere here is chill and has that true local-spot vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or waiting on a fresh pizza, it’s a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Shoutout to Ralph for being the best! 🍕🔥

Great pizzas. Tried a few flavors. All great. My favorite is their Alfredo chicken Supreme. Haven't tried other menu items but looking forward to try those.

This is far from authentic Italian cuisine...pizza was ok, salad was half warped and the meatballs on the spaghetti were burnt along with the cheese. Couldn't even eat the meatballs which were small and cut in half. Paid for extra sauce on pizza and I didn't get it. None of the food resembled what is depicted online. Wasted my money. Won't be back...

My family decided to order Pizza Milan for dinner tonight. We have ordered 2-3 times just this month because it was our favorite pizza spot in Forney. However, after tonight’s experience, we will no longer be giving Pizza Milan our business.
We ordered our pizza online. Mind you- the delivery service is on THEIR business website. The order said that the order would arrive between 6:30-6:45. Well, 6:45 rolled around and still no pizza. We called the store and they said that Door Dash had picked it up 20 minutes ago. Which is weird, because we didn’t order through door dash, as well as never received a confirmation or any communication through that particular app.
After being told that the pizza had already been picked up, we checked the front porch- and sure enough, the pizza was there on the ground. No doorbell rang, no picture received saying there had been a delivery, no courteous knock on the door.
We brought our $42 pizzas inside and they were cold WITH ants crawling all over them.
We called Pizza Milan and this is when what sounded like a young girl answered the phone. She informed me that their pizzas are delivered through Door Dash. I told her that I ordered it through the Pizza Milan’s website and that I understand that sometimes companies use a third party to deliver for them. However, we never received anything through DoorDash. We did receive a delivery time from a company named Slice. However, that’s all we received. No photo, tracker or anything else. She suggested that I called DoorDash for a refund. This is unfair because we had already ordered the pizza over an hour ago. The way a small business SHOULD handle this is by remaking the pizza and making the situation right.
I asked to talk to a manager. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes, then came back on the phone to tell me that her “manager” told her the same thing. After I told her “No ma’am” and that that is not the way to handle this issue, she began to laugh at me over the phone.
I’m sorry but this is PURE disrespect. Especially in today’s economy. This was supposed to be MY family’s dinner. Instead, my husband went personally to Pizza Milan to speak with the manager , just to be told they would remake the pizza but they wouldn’t do so until ANOTHER hour. This is why small business don’t make it in the big world. Good luck to you. Pizza Hut never sounded better.
