I have just recently started dining with the Forney location and I will say that it’s mid at best. They frequently have messed up orders, have not provided the correct orders to customers who pay extra for some products (specifically the Caine’s sauce), they typically just throw orders together in a lazy manner without checking the order and there is just very poor service from the night crew overall. For as much as customers pay these days for eating out, the lack of attention to food orders, customer service, or just laziness in general is concerning.

We love canes. But as the years go by it seems fast food is more expensive and we are getting less smaller protions. I got the box combo for my 10 year old because he wanted something big and be able to get full and upset because the tenders were toddler sizes all 4 very small and thin. Fries not even a handful. Very upsetting how much we pay and are getting less and less. Please do better.

This location in Forney gets packed but the drive thru line moves pretty fast. They always have great customer service and we never have issues with our order.

My fries was uncooked and my chicken was tough I called and the manger put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the phone I would like a refund but they don’t answer the phone
