My husband and I met for lunch at Schlotzskys Forney location. Lily was very personable very helpful and had the best personality of anyone that has worked in this location for as long as I can remember.Keep her around. She is great!

I only get the pizza here because they mess up everything else. Ordered a kids pizza instead since they ran out of their regular pizza and despite correcting drive-thru personal twice about my cookie, I received a fruit cup. What takes the cake for me is the fact that I was told that they ran out of pizza but when I picked up a doordash order from them later the same day, they had the three pizzas for the order.. BFFR y'all what's going on???

Not sure what took place here but the new lady running the place is great. Friendly. We quit going here a while back because of service and overall negative feeling. Tried it again about 2 weeks ago and it was a complete turnaround. She was the best. Been there 2 more times

First time here and I had a good experience. The cashier was very patient with me and constantly told me to take my time. She gave me recommendations. I ended up get the Fiesta chicken sandwich and a cheese pizza. It was good. Try this location for yourself my experience was good tho.
the nice lady at the register on thursday mid-afternoon was so helpful in my order taking process. it had been a hot minute since i went to schlotskys and she walked me through everything with a smile on her face and an eagerness to help. you can’t beat that kind of service, any of the other schlotskys ive been to have been “what do you want” while they glare at you for interrupting their conversation. this lady is the difference between being an employee and a valuable asset to a company. i hope her team recognizes just how impactful she can be on a customer :)Vegetarian options: multiple options with varying flexibility on customizationKid-friendliness: multiple kid menu options with flexibilityWheelchair accessibility: there are two handicapped parking spaces available and a ramp that leads to the door.

I ordered from doordash, my dasher delivered my food promptly. Meat pizza has mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, bacon , Italian sausage and marinara. I prefer thin crust pizza but this is fluffy and delicious. Chocolate Chip Cookie delicious and the cinnabon classic roll is just like I remembered cinnamon and cheese cream frosting on each layer. It had been several years since I have had one .
