Bought my order in the app turkey ham cheese footlong and a tuna foot long with extra meat for $2 (which is fine) get there they are out of tuna okay cool got a roast beef and cheese instead. Asked for the extra meat that I already paid for. De de or whatever her name was said she can’t do that because it “cost more” get home and check the app it say extra meat $2 for the 50% which is what I asked for. ( Will attach pictures of the receipt and what online said. Will not be back to this location. And will be calling the manager or corporate if it’s a corporate owned location. Terrible customer service

When I say avoid this location I'm not being sarcastic. The guy that made my sandwich is horrible very sloppy and let's disregard the fact that he really looked annoyed to even help you. The vegetables are not fresh I'm not sure if it's the refrigerator side of it not working properly or the vegetables are old. It's not hard to see or care enough if you're a employee to make sure the food is fresh. The meat side was also being blocked by the lid so I'm afraid what that side looks like. The prepping side seems to be missing the white board that looks like the cutting board not sure the name of it but do see it at all Subways . Seen the guy place the bread right on the stainless steel with crumbs and dressing and old vegetables without the paper. I gave this loctaion another shot but never again I'm hoping others do as well so they can shut it down or Subway cares enough to take a real good look at this location because this spot needs some major upgrades including the staff. My sandwich was so sloppy even cutting it and wrapping it made it fall apart the only good thing I can say is that the female working there was nice enough to redo the sandwiche.

I had the most terrible experience of my life tonight at the Subway Forney Restaurant. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. I walked into the restaurant to place my orders and they began to laugh at me. I am a complete human being for GOD sake but they treated me like trash. They kept on laughing at me even after asking severally why they were laughing. I FELT SO EMBARASSED in front of everyone at the restaurant. They literarily refused to sell to me because I asked why they were laughing at me. The lady with the braces walked me out and refused to give me my food even though I had my money to pay for it. I didn't go there to beg for the food. I wanted to pay for it. This is the most embarrassing customer experience of my life. I cried till I got home because I felt less of human tonight. I wasn't crying because they refused to sell to me but because of the way they made me feel. This is so SAD!

The service and food could not get any worse. This is the only Subway that takes 20-30 minutes to complete a mobile order. The workers seem to be incapable of following directions or even making a decent sandwich.

I was very happy to be helped by a young man despite the air not being cool and very warm in the place UNTIL….. a little girl walks up… after I already had ordered my sandwich was online finishing my order for the 5.99 footling…. And being told by him that I could do that…. She walks up does NOT say hello, kiss my foot and says NO, we can’t do that?!?! You need to leave, order the sandwich online and then come and pick up?!?! I told her I am ordering it online and am about to check out??? She repeated…. No, you have to do this before??? The guy started to say something and she had a stanky attitude with both of us??? This makes no sense and was awful customer service from this little girl who needs to watch more tapes on good customer service. I am deleting the subway app because it seems it doesn’t do any good anyway especially in whom you speak with???

Please don't come here! The location may be convenient but just take your money elsewhere. The workers and when I say workers I mean all of them need to be retrained or let go. None of the look like they want to be there first of all. Then you have the one with the pink braids making her own food while there's a whole line like huh!?? And it's the preparation of the food for me. Subway do better with your employees... looks like management doesn't even care ugh ! And the guy that ended up using his hands to put the onions and lettuces back in the container to serve others is disgusting.I honestly didn't even want my food anymore. If not my husband I would have walked right tf out so they could eat it and they sooo slowwww OMG! Shut it down.

I am beyond disappointed. We ordered our food online just to wait 30 more minutes for them to tell us when we get there they did not have two of the sandwiches. They tell us to choose different sandwiches. We get home and the 3rd sandwich is not even our original order. Now we are 45 minutes after our online order is supposed to be ready and all three sandwiches are wrong. I keep calling the subway and it keeps going to line busy. Poor poor customer service. Now I will have to go back again and get my order redone.We will no longer be doing any kind of business here. I try my best to be positive and I’m used to every time we order they never have the order done on time but not this is a repeated habit of the order messed up. This is not the first time but definitely the last. Very poor management

Food was okay just a little salty, customer service was horrible by the young lady that checked me out. She had attitude and didn’t seem to want to be there . They were out of cheese for sandwiches and straws . When I asked for a straw the young lady just rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. I’ll never be back.

The worker didn’t seem to want to be there. Very hard to hear and understand when he spoke. My toasted sandwich was still cold after toasting.They only had a choice of white or wheat. I asked for another flavor that we’re sitting in the racks and the worker mumbled something unintelligible.
