I visited this food truck with my daughter and I will be back. The menu was easy to read, the owner gave us some great suggestions and the prices were reasonable. We ended up with the Blue Collar Lunch and the Simply Paradise. OMG! THEY WERE DELICIOUS.
Now, typically I love a breakfast waffle and I was hesitant about the savory waffle, but I was pleased and very satisfied. It was the perfect balance. The Simply Paradise waffle was sooooo good.

Our second time here and we always love it!! The owner is so nice and we are always happy with our waffles❤️
Honestly that was probably the best food I’ve ever ate I don’t even know what to say!
