White Rhino Coffee

We're new to the area and Doordashed White Rhino for bfast & a matcha latte - everything was delicious, & the egg scramble was made to order. Shout out to Barista Tara for her attention to detail & GREAT service! The tacos ran out but she helped save the day. :) We found our favorite coffee shop.

Could not find this place

I began to DoorDash my coffee from this place because Starbucks kept messing up my orders really bad. Most of the time I make my own coffee at home but every now and then I like to treat myself to delicious barista-made hot coffee and cappuccino. I have ordered something different each day and each one is just as delicious or more than the last. My favorite so far is the Sebastian, but Toasted Coconut is also REALLY good. They always make it exactly the way I order it every time. The price is more affordable than big corporate chain coffee places. I typically only drink coffee for breakfast and don’t have any food; but there was one time I ordered a Banana muffin and saved it for lunch. It was very moist and flavorful with a homemade appearance. When summer comes, I will try their iced coffee. I have really been enjoying delivery from this place.

I live in Forney and just moved from the city. I just ordered from uber eats and it was FANTASTIC!!! It was seriously so much better than the other ones I’ve been too.

First time I tried it and I didn't like, the coffee it doesn't taste like coffee, I ordered a caramel macchiato and it only tastes like caramel syrup, I don't complain about the price but it's not worth spending $8 on a coffee.

I liked the coffee. The walk to park and go in felt a bit long 😒, but the coffee and muffin were great. Better than Starbucks, and a nice spot to read or work.

The iced coffee is actually pretty tasty, however it is quite expensive. The “large” size is about the size of a small anywhere else and costs about the same as larges at other places. I also witnessed an employee blow their nose then immediately scoop up ice into a cup, put on the lid, then hand it to a customer without even washing their hands. ?

Love the toasted coconut latte. The ambiance is so cool, next time I'll spend time dining in. The menu looks delish, need to try every single one.

Had to wait a decent amount of time due to there only being one person behind the counter and several people arriving in a short time, but the taste and quality was worth the wait. I commend the young man behind the counter for keeping calm and treating everything he made with obvious care and precision

I was highly disappointed with the customer service at the Mansfield location today. I visited White Rhino over the weekend and tried their cinnamon roll. I liked it so much that I decided to place an order online for 10 cinnamon rolls to be picked up on Monday. Mind you, I was able to place the order and pay in advance online. So, this morning, I go through the drive through at the WR in Mansfield and I was told that my order wasn't ready yet and to pull up to the window. The first problem was when I got to the window, the lady tells me that they only have 13 cinnamon rolls to last them until their shipment comes in on Wednesday, so they refused to fulfill my order of 10 cinnamon rolls. Then, when I asked for a refund, the lady didn't even attempt to try to refund me on their register. She kept telling me "You have to refund it on your end." So I ended up having to go into the store to try to figure it out. She told me to call my bank and asked if they can refund the money. Are you kidding me?! So you mean you've never refunded anyone at this store? If I would have left and called my bank, it would have been my word against hers that I didn't get my order. Thankfully, another lady that was working there figured it out and gave a me a refund and a free coffee. I really thought I had found a good coffee company, but the refusal to fulfill my order and to try to make me refund myself was unprofessional and absurd. And for that, White Rhino won't be getting any more of my money.
