White Rhino Coffee

The iced coffee is actually pretty tasty, however it is quite expensive. The “large” size is about the size of a small anywhere else and costs about the same as larges at other places. I also witnessed an employee blow their nose then immediately scoop up ice into a cup, put on the lid, then hand it to a customer without even washing their hands. ?

Love the toasted coconut latte. The ambiance is so cool, next time I'll spend time dining in. The menu looks delish, need to try every single one.

Had to wait a decent amount of time due to there only being one person behind the counter and several people arriving in a short time, but the taste and quality was worth the wait. I commend the young man behind the counter for keeping calm and treating everything he made with obvious care and precision

I was highly disappointed with the customer service at the Mansfield location today. I visited White Rhino over the weekend and tried their cinnamon roll. I liked it so much that I decided to place an order online for 10 cinnamon rolls to be picked up on Monday. Mind you, I was able to place the order and pay in advance online. So, this morning, I go through the drive through at the WR in Mansfield and I was told that my order wasn't ready yet and to pull up to the window. The first problem was when I got to the window, the lady tells me that they only have 13 cinnamon rolls to last them until their shipment comes in on Wednesday, so they refused to fulfill my order of 10 cinnamon rolls. Then, when I asked for a refund, the lady didn't even attempt to try to refund me on their register. She kept telling me "You have to refund it on your end." So I ended up having to go into the store to try to figure it out. She told me to call my bank and asked if they can refund the money. Are you kidding me?! So you mean you've never refunded anyone at this store? If I would have left and called my bank, it would have been my word against hers that I didn't get my order. Thankfully, another lady that was working there figured it out and gave a me a refund and a free coffee. I really thought I had found a good coffee company, but the refusal to fulfill my order and to try to make me refund myself was unprofessional and absurd. And for that, White Rhino won't be getting any more of my money.

So so happy Forney finally got some good coffee!!! This is the cutest place. The staff are SOO kind. The coffee is AMAZING. I’m a cappuccino drinking, no sweetener and the coffee is amazing. I did have a drink of my boyfriends sweeter drink, Cold War, and it was incredible too. Love everything about this place!

It's really cute inside! There's a good amount of seating. The barista we spoke to was very welcoming and friendly. I haven't ever tried White Rhino coffee before but the drinks we tried were good. The blueberry muffin was awesome!

ervice was good and the food/coffee was delicious!I got their seasonal white and ruby chocolate latte and their breakfast strata and oh my goodness!The latte came out to $6.50 for a small as I added oat milk but it was worth it. You can really taste the ruby chocolate and it’s different than anything I’ve had before.The Breakfast Strata is to die for. Not normally a fan of sausage (wish they had bacon) but the eggs were so soft, melt in your mouth. The pastry was buttery and perfectly flaky. Sausage was so so good.Love having a coffee shop different than Sbux and close where I can pick up after school drop off!
