Is there truly a difference between the dry rub and wet lemon pepper? This is our 3rd time ordering wet lp wings from here and they're always dry anyways. Wish I could say the customer service makes up for it but everything's just ight. BBQ wings are sooo good tho

The food is not the issue here, but the customer service IS. We put in a 100 piece wing order online at 7:45 (well before closing time) and received an email saying it would be ready in 25 mins. My husband went to pick it up and they told him that they hadn’t even dropped the wings yet and asked if he still wanted them. After responding yes, then leaving they called him and asked AGAIN to see if he still wanted the wings. If they don’t want to take big orders then don’t offer them and don’t act annoyed when people do place big orders. Wing snob is NOT cheap. Yes the food is good, but I can’t spend that kind of money to put up with unprofessional customer service. Like OF COURSE we want the wings! It feels like they tried to deter us and change our mind by telling us all of this.Mind you, there is a back story. We went to get wings about a month ago and we heard a similar situation happen when we were waiting on our wings. A customer had put in a big order and they called them to see if they wanted it and told them it would take an hour. When the customer said yes, they were complaining the ENTIRE time. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and figured that maybe since they closed in 30 mins that’s why they were upset and calling the customer to see if they still wanted them. It bothered me listening to them complain and gripe until we got our wings, but After this situation happened to us (not during closing time) it pissed us off.
Definitely going back. Everything was so good! Especially the service.

My coworkers introduced me to WingSnob and they definitely gained a customer! These are the best wings I’ve ever had, I absolutely love the 50/50 combos. My go to is Buffalo lemon pepper, I usually have to ask for it in other places and the fact that it’s offered here as an option is a plus!! No to mention you know it’ll taste right.I came back for my second time 2 days after being here for the first time. This time with my family, I love that the highchairs have a tray attached to it! Not to mention My 3 year old is very picky and she ate her whole meal!!Love the amazing service and quality!
