DELIVERY DRIVER DON'T PICK UP HERE. THEY STEAL TIPS FROM DRIVERS.

I ordered 20 boneless wings with 2 flavors and a large order of fries at 5:14pm. It said it would be 58-63 minutes. I arrived at the Forney wing stop at 6:15 and when I walked in there were 25 people in the store waiting. I gave my name to the young lady working the counter and she said “it’s not ready.” I asked if she could give me and estimate of how much longer and she said “no.” I then asked for a manager so I could ask him and she proceeded to walk back to the man I am assuming was the manager and asked him, but still came back with no answer other than “he is waiting on chicken”. There were 7 employees behind the counter, but not all of them were working. 1 was cooking, 1 was doing the sauces, 1 was bagging and the young lady was occasionally checking the front counter. The other ones were standing around talking to each other and laughing. At this point there were over 30 people in the store waiting for food. While waiting 2 employees clocked out and carried out food with them. The manager had to come up front and help one of the employees clock out and while he was there I asked again if I could get an estimate of time and his response was “no, I am the only one saucing and I’m working as fast as I can. While waiting multiple customers came back in because their orders were wrong and multiple customers cancelled their orders and requested refunds. At one point one of the workers brought a bag and a sharpie out to all the people waiting and asked everyone to write their names down so they could figure out who was waiting for their orders. I finally received my food and walked out of the store at 6:40. The staff was incredibly rude to multiple customers, no apologies were given for food taking longer than the time customers were told and the staff was very unprofessional playing on their phones, standing and talking and laughing with one another and ignoring customers when they would ask questions. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this Wing Stop.

This Wingstop location is HORRIBLE. It took 2 hours for my order to be completed. It was a crowded and unprofessional environment.

What a terrible experience. On Saturday I placed a delivery order on the Wingstop app. I placed it right at 8pm and didn’t receive my order until close to 10pm. The delivery driver assigned to our order was very nice and kept me updated and from what we heard, the staff was awfully rude to him as well as others in the restaurant. The single star I gave was only because the food was decent but I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered 2 hours ahead still waited in the store another hour. At this store they are understaffed and have no effort to make their customers happy, or have a process to get their orders out. Need better management.

Absolute worst Wingstop around. Do your self a favor and do not use. My online order was 30 minutes late. Store is a hot mess to boot. With the prices of everything beening what they are you can and should spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Wish I could say it was only me but have seen several people get the same run around while I wait. Will Not be back and that's ashame.

My family came in on a relatively slower night. The cashier at the front was on her phone and acted like we were annoying her. No eye contact and rude tone towards me. Took over an hour to get 30 wings and the fries were cold. Will never be back.

At this point just close. This location sucks completely. Always late, and never professional. Workers were rude when I asked how much longer on my food after waiting 30 minutes. I work in the food industry I try to be calm but with this location it’s an everyday thing. If you know your a busy store get more people on the shift.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited over an hour and half for food only to be told they don’t see it and to keep “waiting”. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Don’t think I’ll ever be back. Place is so filthy it should be shut down.

Someone better get a hold of this wing stop asap! It’s kids running the store, trash everywhere, they were on their phones with head phones on playing loud cussing rap music. The whole staff look so unprofessional pants hanging under their butts! It was so uncomfortable walking in this restaurant! I will never go back to this location ever! Fries were tasted burnt!
