“Traveling with dogs and finding dog friendly restaurants, etc. can be a challenge but not when visiting here! We're not from El Paso area so this was such a great experience for us and our girls- thank you for welcoming dogs of all sizes and breeds! We have 2 medium-large size dogs of a certain/mixed breed and we felt comfortable with our dogs being around others. The staff was very nice, greeted as soon as we walked in and our 2 dogs were given doggy cookies which they loved! Our server Sophie was very attentive and friendly even being outside in the chilly weather There was a pug adoption event this day so there was a good amount of dogs in the play area- all doggy parents took care of their own without any major incidents. The dog yard has water bowls for small dogs and a big 'kiddie' pool shaped as a bone and paw for the bigger dogs as well! Overall definitely recommend this place for dog friendly experience, fun for adults (and kids in daytime) to play in the arcade area, good food and cold drinks! Will visit again and recommend to friends/family.“

“This is an amazing place! I tried 3 of their beers and all of them were very tasty. You can tell someone with knowledge and experience is behind those beers. The place is super chill and it has good vibes. Good service and the music is on point. There is a food truck outside (El pato viudo) which is fire ?. This place is literally 5 minutes from my house and I'm mad I just discovered today! I'm coming back for sure.“

“IDK is now named DETOUR. It's a local bar in NE El Paso TX. Very comfortable setting place. A lot of daily drink specials. The staff is friendly. It has a good size patio for smokers and non smokers. The bar is a good size for parties. The beers are cold. I had an Ultra and a shot of HORNITOS. No skimping on the shots. I always have fun there. And I'm very picky on the bars I go to. I failed to mention the pool table and an area to throw darts.“

“First time coming to this bar. Came for the Brutal Alliance Tour 2025 on the 4th of July. Service was very nice and friendly. They’d come and check up on me and everyone to see if we were okay and if we needed more drinks; they’d bring me water if I wasn’t drinking, which was very nice of them. Pretty small place, but the bands that showed up were awesome and had everyone’s attention.“

“This place can be described best as simplistic (and that's a compliment) it's a well lit area with tables and taps...a lot of them. They have beers, cider, NA beers, and I'm sure something I missed. It appeared to allow outside food ( a gentleman brought in his Whataburger). Appears great for socializing and playing a game of UNO (however, I prefer cribbage).“

“It's a really nice place to spend time with friends, it's a little small so some parts of it may get cramped, especially during the weekend but it's a good place to drink and have fun with friends

Parking: The place has a small parking lot on the side of the building as well as a few more surrounding the building

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar I don't recommend you take kids

Wheelchair accessibility: It seems to be somewhat wheelchair accessible. There weren't any steps or anything that could cause a wheelchair to get stuck“

“I highly recommend this place to host a party or enjoy a drink or two or three! Susan & her staff went above & beyond to host our daughter’s going away party for 70 family members & friends this past Sunday. She set up tables near the stage for our food & cakes, brought out extra tables each time she saw more guest arrive, and helped us put up decorations inside & out. She prepared & brought in extra staff for the party (thank you Bobby, Alex, & the other ladies who helped). Special shout out to Bobby who waited tables & brought drinks to our family/friends throughout the night……completely unexpected and so grateful - amazing service!! Their large outdoor space was perfect to sit, drink & cheer on the corn hole players. Oh, did I mention they had $2 domestic beers on Sunday, $3 well drinks and some beers on sale for $1.00?!! We seriously couldn’t have found a better place, this is our new hang out place. Thank you so much Susan!!“

“Top #1 bar and kitchen for my friends and family to get together at, no doubt about it! Highly recommend the Juarez burger (insanely amazing) Ive had it about 4 times and each time it only get better. Such an amazing variety of sushi selection, which they all taste amazing! That's not even mentioning how delicious the wings and pizza are!! To finish off the night, they have live music that just puts all the perfect vibes to end a great night! You definitely won't regret it trying this place out.“

“The atmosphere was great. A really nice little bar. I can't rate the food or the service because I didn't eat there or get any service. A friend invited me because she was celebrating her birthday there. They do country western dancing, but I don't, but I still enjoyed the live band.

Parking: Their parking lot really needs to be improved. It is very bumpy and lots of dips. Luckily, I have a flashlight in my van, and I used it because it was very dark, and I didn't want to fall.“

“Southwest University Park is a nice stadium in the middle of downtown El Paso.There is a parking deck next to it so it’s only a couple minutes from your car to the stadium.Not really outfield seating but there are a couple restaurants/eating areas with an awesome view of the game.Food and drinks are typical stadium prices (cost more to eat than to get in) but they give you a chihuahuas dog bowl if you get an order of nachos.“
