“Usually, in the past, service was fast and friendly. This time, I was asked to move past the window to the stop sign where I waited. It caused confusion when the vehicle behind me also was told to wait at the stop sign. I thought he had gotten his order so I pulled forward to let him go past me, only to have to back up to my original position after he, too, backed up to where he should have been. All this to make the clock lie about how long it took them to serve us? Also, when I got to the window, the girl told me they didn't have biscuits, and if I would accept jalapenos in their place. I said yes, not wanting the extra carbs. When I got home, biscuits were there-no jalapenos. I think they should have given me both in return for that 10 to 15 minute wait.“

“what DQ doesn't have chocolate icecream!!! Even if the machine is broken you put chocolate syrup in the vanilla icecream to make chocolate icecream HELLO PEOPLE!!! Other than that I give it a 3 stars...“

Employees ensured my & other guests’ orders were correct. Valeria was the employee that helped me. She was very nice & professional. Once she helped with my order, she made sure the entire lobby was clean. Definitely coming back to this location!“

“Great place and delicious burgers. I live 2 minutes from there and first time trying this place. Please be advised that this is not a fast food restaurant therefore its not a quick service, takes about 30 mins for an order so not a great place if you have limited time, other than that zero complaints ?“
