I ordered one chicken pizza and one-half cheese and half chicken. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I was told they needed to remake the chicken pizza because it was burned. Later, I received one pizza good, and the other was a pizza with boneless wings inside the cheese instead of grilled chicken. So I went inside again and asked for a cheese pizza instead. Lastly, almost every time I order a carryout pizza from Pizza Hut, I have to go inside the store and wait an extended period since they are constantly bidding in a room or office. This will be my last time ordering from this location!

Please do not order here the worst. They didn’t deliver all my food and the order was all wrong . Asked for a refund because I didn’t receive all my order but didn’t receive it. The worst customer service ever.

The food we did receive, was all new products and cooked perfectly. However, we're disappointed that not everything was delivered. When we contacted them to make them aware, we were offered a store credit, the option to come pick up what they forgot, or we could Door Dash the missing item. Excuse me, I had already paid for delivery. Last month I paid for delivery and had to go pick it up. Seems to be a trend with them. If you don't have someone to provide a service, don't offer it. The store called back, they were sending Door Dash with the missing pieces. Two hours later we called. It had been picked up. They were told delivered. We found it the next day in the foyer of the next unit where no one has been for 6 months. Couple of cats found it on the ground. Notice my order indicates a table. It is there for this reason. Holiday deliveries. I would have added pictures but was not sure how.

I ordered $35.00 worth of food and my garlic cheese bread and pizza both came to me BURNT. The garlic on top is black and burnt to a crisp and the bread and cheese are extremely dry. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed as I was looking forward to this meal! It took 5 attempts to call and get in touch with someone to help with this matter.

They got my order completely wrong. Would not answer the phone. The call center couldn't get the store to answer the phone. I was told a manager would contact me. They never did. I didn't get a refund, customer service, and the food was terrible. I'm never ordering pizza hut again.

Ordered pizza there twice, first order messed up, pizza dry, missing items, wings little sauce, dry. 2nd time Ordered to have first order correct, worst than the first one. Soldiers family members if you get bad service please report it to fort bliss disciplinary board, Elpaso Health Department, so a inspection can be done, we dont need people working on Fort Bliss providing poor service. The warning board can remove them from Post. Notify the Chain of Command and request your money be returned.

By far the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Everyone was very polite and greeted me with a smile. My pizza took about 12 minutes total which was pretty fast to me. It was fresh and more importantly delicious. Definitely recommend 10/10

This was the worst Pizza Hut we've ever had. It was absolutely disgusting. It didn't look done and didn't taste done. There were pieces of the crust missing. HOW IN THE HECK IS THERE MISSING CRUST? How does that even happen. The other pizza was burnt! They need to close this store down. PizzaHut is getting worse. Save yourself some time and money ?
