“Food was ok. Nothing like yaghi’s, was hoping for a much better tasting pizza. The portions are large, but way too much sauce and not the best flavor. I wouldn’t say by any means not to go, my opinion is I was disappointed by the taste of the food. I was spoiled by Yaghi’s NY style pizza, this is not.“

“Having spent time in Italy, and Sicily, I must say that Lupo’s is the closest thing to the real deal foods, including their pasta dishes, salads, and pizza. Marco and Pee Wee are not goofing off in the kitchen. They come to cook and to please their clientele. BRAVISSIMO!!👍. From Tony“

“Went by today and wanted a salad. They were out of Romaine due to their delivery being late. Ended up not wanting to order, I don’t know if it was the manager however he ran to us outside and handed us two buy 1 get 1 cards and apologized for the inconvenience. “They will overcharge you for food on your credit card. I was charged close to $800 on two separate transactions. The owner is very rude and tried to ridicule me when I became upset about their mistake. The mistake that they didn't care about. Check your receipts especially when dinning with a large group. The food was mediocre, however the customer service was awful. Especially from the owner!“

“We absolutely love this Pizza Hut! Our College and Career organization TRIO Upward Bound has been coming to this specific Pizza Hut for over 10 years, and they have never let us down. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, no matter how large our group is.
Over the years, they have helped serve our events and gatherings with groups of up to 100 people, and they consistently do an amazing job. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service is truly outstanding. Even during busy times, the team works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that provides this level of consistency, hospitality, and care for so many years. We are so thankful for this Pizza Hut location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service!“

“HUGE shout out to Killeen Tx #0034. I walked in for the buffet 8:30pm & was informed the buffet closed 9pm but google posted 10pm(for pick up i told). The buffet attendant happily allowed me to order the pizzas of my choosing. The pizza came out fresh & quickly. I was told multiple times not to rush & enjoy my dinner. I'd like to recognize the following employees that went over & beyond to make this experience fantastic. Destineeh, Charlie, Norma, Shy, Jessy, Rosa, Amber. Management pls note this was not just one person but a well rounded team! I hope these employees will be rewarded to reinforce & continue the excellent customer service they provide!“
