“Absolutely the best restaurant in Fort Stockton! Their food is deliciously consistent, interior is clean, & staff is very friendly. No other local restaurant compares to Mi Casita. We got so tired of eating bad beans & tasteless enchiladas at another well-known & local Tex-Mex restaurant with a sub-par interior until we discovered Mi Casita. Anyone that knows anything about delicious food will return to Mi Casita only!“

“Dairy Queen has been a favorite since I moved to TX in the early 70's. So while on the road and deciding to stop for a quick lunch in Ft. Stockton, my husband and I saw the DQ sign and simultaneously said, oooo steak fingers. So, we stopped had the Steak Finger basket, I tried a new flavor of shake Maple Cookie( it was really yummmy) my husband had Coke Zero and also a new flavor of Blizzard Caramel Toffee cookie (also yummmy). Servers were polite, even asked if we wanted to wait until after eating for our shake and blizzard. Food came out quickly, hot and fresh. We will stop again when traveling thru on I-10.“

“On a road trip and we stopped for gas and decided to get a bite to eat as well. I like burger king so I can have it my way. That slogan stuck with me and burger king has lived up to that slogan no matter what state I 'm in. The location was clean, service was about 5 to 8 minute from start to finish and the food was hot.“

“We always stop here when we pass through. The people are great and very attentive. This time my burger came out a little undercooked, but as soon as I mentioned it they replaced it right away with a perfect one. Thank you for the good service.“

“Nowadays I don't stop myself to write a review as often as I used to and I can't remember the last time that I actually did I just felt compelled to have to and I guess if something has sparked that desire for me to write a review then it had to be something amazing or downright awful I'm grateful to say that it was the latter by far the best experience I've ever had at a Sonic drive-in restaurant that's to say the least the employees there have something instilled in them by what must be there the guy who runs the place which I had a chance to see I guess a bit of it in action as he arrived when I was waiting for my order while I was waiting for my order there was an employee that was concerned about the appearance of the building because there was like a sticker stuck on the wall which impressed the heck out of me to see an employee that dedicated to the obligation of the way the building appearance looks to the customer was beyond me. I heard the employees kind of cheering for the guy who runs the place as he walked in the door you already knew by the way he walked in that you know he obviously was the boss or whoever he is I just hope he knows that he's doing an amazing job with his employees and everybody should follow his business model because these kids are young women and men are eager to be there and they couldn't be happier to serve their customers like wow I was absolutely impressed and a profound sense of Hope has ignited just by the way that those employees behaved and ran that place as if he was there when he wasn't so two thumbs way way up you guys keep up the good work and know that your hard work and your dedication obviously does not go unnoticed because these reviews do get read by everybody so keep up the good work and know that that mentality and that attitude is going to get you places if it hasn't already.. and I hope that the dude who did walk in there who is obviously the boss or something does use this opportunity to kind of stir up something in the employees and it would be awesome if he walked in there after he read this and told him like man you guys should see the horrible reviews somebody left because if this isn't like one of my most like heartfelt reviews I don't know which one is because you guys did a hell of a job I did was order some french toast sticks and a cheeseburger like thank you guys“

“Definitely a hole in the wall kinda place. Did a quick Google search for a burger joint during a road trip, and didn't want to just get McDonalds or something similar. Pulled up and wasn't sure if the place was even open, although I'm glad we braved it and went inside! The staff were pretty friendly, and after going over the menu for a minute, we ordered. First shock was just how cheap it was, haha! Pretty used to $15 burgers now, so to come in under $10 for a whole meal was a pleasant surprise!Food came quick, and while it wasn't the most amazing burger and fries I've had, it was enjoyable enough, and portions wise, seemed WELL worth the price paid! Also sounded like they did like half of burger days or something, where you could get a burger for like $2 or $3, which again, is just nuts to think about nowadays, especially as it's multiple steps above something like the cheapest alternative at McDonald's.The only real detriment goes back to it looking like it's closed. The outside needs a fresh coat of paint and I think it'd be much more appealing (at least to out-of-towners driving through like myself). The inside seemed a bit dated too, although that didn't really bother me at all, as I prefer a greasy spoon type of look anyways. Doesn't help that it seems to be located in an otherwise empty lot, so it again gives off the impression of a closed business. The drive through was a trip too! Although maybe doesn't seem that out of the ordinary considering the food they sell.Happy we stopped by. Better and cheaper than fast food, and I'd rather my money go to a local place anyways.“
