So I tried to call to make a to go order they said it would be 15 minutes before they could begin making my food I said that's fine I would still like to place a order, they hung up on me. Every time I go here they take forever to take my order and bring my food and keep saying they can't hear you it's like they don't want to work at all. I waited 45 minutes the other day for 2 waters and 1 shake , not even exaggerating DO NOT GO HERE
Decent food, grumpy service. Ordered ahead using app. Arrived exactly at time selected. Checked in and waited. They hadn't even started making my food yet. Very simple order, french toast (which is fired) and 2 cherry limeade. It took 15 minutes for food to be delivered. Girl that delivered had attitude, very clear she didnt want to be working.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. I had to check with attendant about my order. They had no idea what my order was. Previous experience with this Sonic, burgers were cold. Burgers had onions. The order for the burgers was without onions. Bad experiences at this Sonic.
