151 Coffee is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Every location I have gone to has been consistent with their quality of coffee, service and atmosphere! Everyone there is happy and having a good time making coffee and serving their customers! It makes for a great experience. And it is so affordable!
Updated: Customer service is very important and you don't see great service too often. Mistakes happen and it's what you do after that's going to make all the difference. I am appreciative that, not only were we contacted about my poor experience, but there was a major attempt to resolve the issue and my concern was addressd. I did swing by to take another chance, and I'm glad I did. This time around, there was no burnt taste and it was a much more enjoyable...
my coffee was super watery, there was no taste of coffee or any syrup it tasted like they poured water in half of it.
we had also gotten a dirty soda and the soda needs more syrup it was straight cream.
service and atmosphere was always good so no complaints there, i usually love 151 coffee but this location was different
