The gentleman working on Dec17th at approximately 4 pm deserves a raise. He was by himself..taking orders, making items & did it without getting frustrated. If he was out of something he offered to make it fresh even though the line was growing. He had work ethic you don’t see often.
A big THANK YOU to him ! Our wait for one plain pretzel & one with salt was worth it! We will be back & hope to see him again!

Kid-friendliness: These pretzels...

This Auntie Anne's is located at one of the far end corners of Hulen mall. It can be easily overlooked. Customer service was ok, I could tell the associate was tired. She wanted to keep my little bit of change, but I let her know that wasn't happening. She did make a great pretzel. My cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets were delicious! Pretzel nuggets and cinnamon sugar was fully loaded.

my son loves this place and we come to this place very often at first I thought I was going to have a bad experience but there was a young gentleman that went above and beyond to make everything fresh and fast despite his Co workers ?
