Long story short: they stole $300 from me, no one answers the phone, and corporate is no help.
I have been riding in and wearing Ariat boots and apparel for the last 20 years. After this experience I will be switching to a different brand. On Saturday, September 24 around 4:40 pm I bought a pair Women’s Pearl Western boots in White size 9. I paid for the boots in cash, about $300. This was a HUGE mistake. The Ariat Club offers an excellent dining experience, with a menu that changes with each concert event. The food is great and a highlight, with wonderful food from the chefs table. The steak, rolls, and salmon are standouts, and there are also good options for vegetarians and pescatarians. The staff was excellent, attentive, and kind, making the visit very memorable. With a convenient location near Dickies Arena and reasonable prices ($55/person), the Ariat Club is a great choice for a pre-concert meal before all events.
