Bahama Buck's Fort Worth - Keller, TX

I’ve been a couple times the past few months. The bottom 1/4 of my cup has always been plain ice. Not worth the cost.

The BEST staff at this location!! They are always so sweet and working so hard ❤ and who doesn't love a snowcone in hot Texas summer??!!

Been here at this location great snowcones nice atmosphere. Customer service is very friendly, however they need to acknowledge people when entering and leaving the establishment, however the music is too much, and the workers in the back playing around, there was chemicals left on the table.

Its hit or miss, depends on who is working the shift.

Quick service despite the fact that there’s usually a short line in the drive thru (when we’ve visited, at least). We can always count on the snow cones to be delicious!

This used to be our favorite place to get snow cones, and we come here regularly. Unfortunately, our last two visits have been very disappointing.

We always order ice cream with our snow cones, but as you can see, there was barely any ice cream included. We've also noticed that less and less syrup is being used each time. On several occasions, the bottom portion of the snow cone was still plain ice with little to no flavor.

It's frustrating because we've always enjoyed coming here and have been loyal customers for a long time. We understand that mistakes happen, but the consistency and quality have definitely declined. We hope management takes a closer look at quality control so future customers can have the experience we used to enjoy.

I'm a Lubbock native. Bahama bucks has always been the best shaved ice. Also offer other great things. Staff at this location was super friendly and fast

Location never answers their phone. Sno cones always wrong and now I have a Uber Eats delivery that they won’t update or respond to…absolutely horrible/disappointing location.

Me & my children came here to grab snowcones.. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE INSIDE literally completely empty until about 3-4 mins after we arrived and ordered.. AND yet we GOT OUR SNOWCONES LAST & OF COUSRE WE ARE COLORED AND THE OTHERS WERE NON COLORED definitely will not be coming back to this location. ! Which I should’ve known better cause my sister came here and literally found a bitten Dorito in her damn cup 0 out of 10 don’t RECOMMEND

Great place with lots of shaved ice smoothies Cream blends options!!! So many varieties of flavor choices to pick from!!

Hit or miss depending on who's making your snow cone. My children and I love the Hispanic lady who wears the hair clip with ciao on it (haven't seen her in awhile) but she's literally the only reason we go to this location and she's the only one who seems to get our order right the first time.

I wish I could rate her, alone. If I could this would be a 5 star review!!

There was something in my sno cone the black particle ! I did go back to get my refund so hopefully that processes back to my bank since it was an online order! The worker stated oh it was probably from the ice machine. Which doesn’t make it better maybe should clean or check in between orders! But Also the ice was not smooth like normal it was crunchy ,I guess they changed the texture or got new ice!

Avery provided us with the best customer service ever!!! 10/10 would come again
