Terrible service employees would rather gaff off than do their own jobs I would rate zero stars but that isn’t an option

One of the best snow cone places ever. I first got introduced to soft served snow cones through bahama bucks and now it's all I eat! Love this place and the employees. There is a very wide variety of flavors from candy flavors to fruit flavors. Coming here again!

Bahama Buck’s is hands down the BEST place to cool off and treat yourself! Their shaved ice is unbelievably soft and fluff, it literally melts in your mouth. The flavor choices are endless, and every single one I’ve tried has been delicious and refreshing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The store is bright, clean, and gives you those perfect island vibes the second you walk in. Whether you want a quick pick-me-up or a fun spot to hang out with family and friends, Bahama Buck’s never disappoints. Highly recommend! You’ll leave happy every single time! We moved to this area 2 years ago. Never even knew this place existed. Wish we did. We would have been coming here!! Some good ol fashion flyers would have opened my eyes to this gem! This place is great and the sno cones are fantastic! My family and I love it!! And the customer service is perfect! Great job!

Been to this one several times thinking maybe it will be different and it never is. Every single time there is a tiny portion of flavor and the rest taste of plain ice. So this last time I asked for extra flavoring and I swear it is the worst one yet of tasting of plain ice

Snow cones were delicious! But the staff and service were bad-not even a little bit friendly or pleasant. Also the smell inside, oh my gosh. So horrible. Smelled like a gas station bathroom with all the chemicals & cleaning products.

Came inside No one greeted me. Everyone was silent. I went to the checkout Counter and was waiting there, and everybody was just staring at me. I felt pretty dumb. Someone from the back finally came after there was already people in the front, just on their phone to help me and laughing and judging not nice girls. horrible service. Hopefully they get fired.

We are bahama buck frequenters… we were in the area and decided to go to this location rather than our normal. Big mistake. Not only did the gal taking our order completely miss some of it even after confirming it back… when we went up to tell them we were given attitude by one of the other girls. We even told her we would pay for the missing snowcone (which we did) and still major attitude. On top of that the snow cone was not great. So many ice chunks which is not what you expect from bahama bucks!! Typically theirs are so smooth… these were icy and chunky. So disappointed and won’t be back to this location.

I’ve been here 5 times in the last 2-3 weeks and each time I request condensed milk they never have it so I cancel my order. Today my children were with me so I had to get theirs but if it wasn’t for them I would have driven off again. The lady at the window with the green hair kept yelling “HUH” at us as we ordered and even at the window. Just because it’s loud in there doesn’t mean we can’t hear you and there’s no need to yell.
Everyone in my vehicle left with their ears hurting and my children had a meltdown as they are neurodivergent.
Won’t be visiting this location again.

I wanted to thank the general manager Randall Clark for finally getting me my order I was promised by the owner from the North Tarrant Parkway store. I reached out to that location in May and they said that they would send me a coupon but I never received anything. I even called and left voicemails but never got a response. It’s just so disappointing that I had to come to another store for them to see all the attempts for them to make it right. Thanks so much for the great hospitality and customer service Randall. As for the other location on North Tarrant Parkway the owner should have done what was right. It’s just sad. I would recommend that if you want great service come to the location at 852 E Hwy 114, suite 110 Roanoke, Tx. This is a same see the emails below!!! Well no wonder I havent been to this location in 6 years. But family in town and they wanted bahama bucks so we stopped by. And the customer service is still in need of improvement we stopped saturday night june28th at around 730. The guy that was there had some serious attitude. Kind of pissed me off. So I walked out. Before saying something we spent almost 50 dollars on snow cones and that's what we get in returned. No supervision that's what u get for hiring a bunch of kids.
