I came here to write a review to say that the young gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and offering different items and different options, but when I saw the one review that this lady left, she was actually in front of me and that young man was not rude was not cutting her off. She was extremely rude so I wanna say that they did an amazing job and I was very pleased with the customer service.

2nd time here and I have to tell you guys, whoever is training these kids, they need to First and Foremost learn to listen and not try to say what you THINK a customer wants to order and Don't interrupt. They really won't have to apologize 4 times on a single snocone. I know what I want, didn't need the interruption and with standing room only and all of the noise it's extremely irritating and embarrassing to have to tell this kid he broke my train of thought.

There was only 1 worker and the bathroom was closed. I waited in line as she made snow cones for the long line of people individually. I was in line waiting for 30 minutes on the dot before I ordered. The worker is doing a great job and making the snow cones slowly with care, not her fault at all. But shame on Bahama Bucks for having her work alone on a holiday weekend. So wrong.
