They did a good job making the snow cone but felt like I inconvenienced them by walking in. They were telling each other to get the customer while I stood there awkwardly for someone to come take my order. Just not the way to treat customers.

Love the concept,the flavors,creations.Very un clean in there,trash can was sticky and dirty.Restroom needed attending.Table/chairs dirty/sticky.The store couldn't have been open long it was only about 1230 pm.on Saturday. Atleast 3 people standing around talking,not one came out to the floor area to clean up.I wondered about the equipment,might I get sick or something from the cream dispensor not being cleaned properly. And did not see anyone wash hands.Made me sad this...
