I could see this being a poorly run location for sure…not the cleanest or most organized. Definitely understaffed. HOWEVER, there was a young man there Saturday morning who helped my husband and I with our two little ones and he was awesome. Very calm under pressure (the lobby started to fill while we were eating), accommodated as much as he could regarding toppings for my little ones. He was very helpful. I ordered a chocolate Ice cream and for the price it was great. The texture was spot on set to the perfect temperature for ice cream. It tastes like the dairy product used in the ice cream was high quality. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick treat! The employees are great and they work as a team to give you great service every time.

Went in the newly remodeled location on a nice Sunday evening. Was a bit dubious given the reviews, but almost all negative reviews are before the remodel OR from Uber eats (et al) orders. But going in was a great experience, and the employees were nice and curtious, allowing us all to taste test one or two flavors each. The ice cream and atmosphere were great.
