Hope this place shuts down or has new management take over. Went inside to see what flavors they had because anytime you go to the drive through the employees are always very rude and short with you. I ordered a milk shake with 2 flavors. When leaving took a drink and noticed it was the wrong flavor one of the 2 and when I brought it back the lady who made the drink said that is what I ordered when I was very clear what I had ordered and I know that was not it. Asked politely to make the correct drink and returned the one that was wrong and because the employee had an attitude about having to make the drink again and acted like it was my fault proceeded to make my shake wrong again with the wrong flavors. It is so sad you have to get up and watch every move of these workers because they will purposely ruin a 8 dollar drink or give you horrible service because they dont care and management doesn't care as well. This is the worse Baskin Robbins I have ever gone to. Always problems here

I want to preface this review by saying I’m not a person that usually writes reviews and am generally a VERY patient and tolerant individual. That being said, this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I just wanted a good ice cream sundae, so we made our way down to this location which turned out to be a Dunkin and BR combined location. On google, it says it’s open until 10pm and we got there around 9:05 pm only to figure out the lobby is open until 9pm and the drive thru is open until 10. The employee was dancing around the lobby talking with the other employee (I guess cleaning up the tables and chairs?) when she let us know it’s closed and we have to use the drive thru. Not thinking much of it, we entered the drive thru. Trying to place our order was extremely annoying bc the employees kept laughing with each other and made us repeat ourselves multiple times. Finally when we pulled up to the window, they immediately got us to pay. Thats when we saw there were Atleast 5 people in the store all walking around, laughing, messing around dealing with close down service I’m assuming and donuts. 6 min went by until a male employee comes to the window to ask what ice cream flavors we wanted. Then 2 min later, the same employee who handled our payment came back to ask us again what flavors we wanted. During this time, one of 3 cars lined up behind us left before they could get their order. When we finally got our sundaes 15 min later, they were squished in the container and the brownie was super stale. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and while we finished our ice cream in the parking lot, we noticed 4 other cars had left the line after placing their order while they got the order of one car that was behind us, in. Very immature staff and not at all capable of being in this line of work, I believe. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely unsatisfied with the service. Ordered a dipped cone with two scoops and I couldn’t even get the product made after waiting 30 minutes and eight other people got to order and receive theirs before me. That is not customer service that is unacceptable. I know a comment doesn’t do much but it’s disgusting to pay for something and never receive it. I’ll take my business elsewhere forever on out. Thanks for nothing !

Just order from this place when we were told the ice cream we order was out we try to call them to see the options we have they immediately hung up on me. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from them again.

I love Baskin Robbins and Dunkin and I’m so glad they opened one here. The workers are always sweet and polite, and the ice cream and shakes are as delicious as ever.

Poor customer service and very rude. Asked for toppings and instead of communicating that they were out they just put a lid on it and sold me plain ice cream without saying anything. If I wanted plain ice cream I would have bought a tub at the store.

Came here an HOUR before their lobby closed to get some ice cream and they had the doors locked. The girl inside stated that they where only drive thru due to "short staff" only problem I see with this is they were assisting other people inside so apparently they aren't too short staffed for some but not for others?

While ordering ice cream, I noticed an ad on multiple monitors stating that if you ordered two scoops, you would receive a free waffle cone. At checkout, I mentioned this offer to the cashier to ensure I received the discount. After some questioning, I asked to speak with the manager because I felt misled by the store's advertising. The manager explained that the ads were only for corporately owned Baskin-Robbins, and since they are a franchise, they do not have to honor the specials displayed. This should have been made clear before ordering, as the special was prominently advertised above the ice cream counter. I am perplexed as to why this location would not honor an in-store advertisement and how a franchise can deviate from clearly stated marketing. I am still shocked that a store can boldly advertise specials and then refuse to honor them at checkout. This feels like false advertising, and when I tried to reason with the manager, they refused service altogether.

We ordered a birthday cake for pickup this morning, upon arrival they had no clue about my order or had anything pending for today. After showing them confirmation email, they did about 4 trips to the freezer and still couldn’t locate my order. They asked about 10 times if I was sure I was at the correct location, and this is while they are looking at my confirmation email showing this location. Finally a manager is going through orders placed with refunds on each one, I told him it looks to me like yall don’t do cakes with all those refunds issued. So bottom line this place is a joke and they take no responsibility for their bad service!
