Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Staff has always been pleasant. I feel like the hot and spicy used to be much spicier than it is now, but maybe it just changes depending on who is preparing it. It's still good but I do miss how spicy it used to be. All flavors have been great so far.

Our food was great and we did have trouble getting our mics to work in the karaoke room but one of the workers was super sweet and helped fix it for us. The only thing that stood out to us was this other worker that kept asking us to tip. It didn’t feel like she was asking either it felt like she was demanding and this was before we had even paid. I did leave them a tip and my friend left an extra tip because our server was super sweet. But once again the other girl kept saying stuff like “oh how much did you tip? Give me the tip” which felt extremely rude to us since she didn’t serve us at all. We loved this place and the food but this girl was honestly kind of rude.

I’ve tried multiple bbq chicken locations over dfw and it was my first time coming to the ft worth one so I knew what to expect from this chain. They disappointed heavily they completely messed up my order 3 times. Bringing my appetizer , entree to another table . And they proceeded to give me my entree after it was touched by another guest I obviously asked for a replacement but they did noteven double checking if it was ok. They brought me the wrong order again and had to wait a whole extra 15 mins. My partner asked for extra sauce after a while of him eating his food and they said they didn’t do sauce cups but would add extra sauce to his food in the back . We agreed but they took food which someone had already been eating from into the kitchen talk about cross contamination. The buzzers get ignored half of the time and then they forget what you even ordered from them. Honestly horrible experience and very insincere responses from workers. They didn’t even offer to comp the entree or at least an appetizer. Horrible experience and there wasn’t even a manager on duty to talk about this situation with even after we asked.

I've been here plenty of times and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always super kind and helpful and the food is amazing and always consistent. My wife and I's favorite flavors thus far are the gang-jeong, spicy galbi, honey garlic, and hot mala! Will always come back! ⭐️

Lot to unpack here. Located right in the heart of TCU so parking can be tough. I had to pay $2 for the meter and find street parking. Service is outstanding Trinity was extremely friendly and help me to navigate the menu. They have a ton of options however they were out of some of them. I got 18 wings but it would be nice if you could mix some flavors. I also ordered the kimchi rice and it was good but a little pricey for what it was. Would definitely recommend this place, though!
