Juan and his wife Salena were a true joy to work with. They showed up early, worked super hard for my companies July 4th celebration and ended up feeding close to 400 people, many of which ordered more than just one hotdog. We had Big Dawgs come to our business and they had a fantastic attitude, smiled, and had timely turn around with little wait. When I first reached out to Juan, he was super-fast on his reply and within minutes had sent me a custom menu for my company. Incorporated our logo and made us a custom gourmet hotdog menu for our fourth of July food truck event at our brewery. Everything looked amazing and all of the employees enjoyed the food and experience. Highly recommend Juan and his team. Great communication, wonderful attitude, and DELISH food!

They were set up at the Forney vendor day. It was blazing hot. And at first order was wrong. Then we got it to go and when we open 1 box they had pit both out orders in it together. The hot child cheese dog looked bad. And the plain dry burged pattty had a bit taken out of it. And for 10 dollar each they were kid size portions. I was so disappointed. The lady that hold was very nice. But we did not even eat the food. Gave it to our dogs.

our food was absolutely delicious. the peppers and onions were cooked perfectly. whatever dogs they use have tons of flavor on their own, but the seasoning of the griddle adds even more. the buns were light and fluffy, but held up well to all of the toppings. Every time I see this truck I will be stopping

The food was great... asked for an off menu philly cheese steak, which was delicious... only critique would be to toast the inside of the buns before putting in the fillings... but this was the first time they did this and ut came out awesome!
