Our family ordered catering from Ricardo and his team for a small party, and they were incredible from start to finish! We ordered about 25–30 plates each of birria and carnitas. When we picked it up, everything was perfectly packaged for travel, and the portions were incredibly generous. Everyone loved the food, especially the consome and guacamole. First and foremost the food is outa sight delicious. Authentic as it gets. I don’t love goat bc it’s hard to get it tender. But these folks have made it super tender in their birria. The chilequiles are so so good. These are the solid gold test for all other chilequiles in the world. You can’t beat the salsas. It’s definitely crowded but also fun. The mariachis came while we were eating and they made the experience that much better! This makes my top 5 Mexican joints...
