Normally not good practice to tell the customer they’re wrong. They messed up my order, I told them they did, and they responded by saying they made it right. Food was mid at best. Probably won’t be back.

Blaze used to be good, but staff is slow and unmotivated. Been going down hill for a long time. All the toppings are just dumped in the middle. Ordered my kids a cheese pizza and they barely sprinkled cheese on it.

Food was fine, good for the cost. Nothing fantastic. The customer service is what killed it for me. None of the workers bother greet you or ask if you've been in before. They don't even bother look in your direction really. Made ordering pretty awkward. Had to ask for two water cups even though there where two of us. Overall workers seemed very surly and annoyed that I even came in to order anything. Not really sure why I tipped, they sure didn't do anything to deserve it.

I ordered a build your own through doordash and there seemed to be some confusion because I received a lot of extra toppings that weren’t mine. Being diet specific I had gone up to see what could be done and the people that work there were so sweet and understanding! They remade it and gave me a coupon for a free one next time. Apologizing and offering a friendly atmosphere the whole time. I’ll be coming here again and again with friends! 2/19/24 around 7pm
My family and I walked in and we waited for 10 mins at the counter. Were there workers? Yes 3 of them actually but no one said hi nor did anyone help or take my order. We watched them for 10 mins and they did nothing. They were not busy either they had there backs to us and saw we were there but doing nothing. Mind you this is at 11:30am and only one other family was there already eating. No one else in line or waiting on food. Additionally no soap in the bathroom, red flag! Decided to leave after waiting so long. We never try this place again, it was our first and last visit. Management needs to help this location out! Not acceptable!

Had a pepperoni sausage thin pizza for lunch. It was barely better than school lunch pizzas I remember. It was like cardboard with sauce on top. Hated it.

Is used to love blaze, but this location rips at my soul. The kids here couldn't care less about a sense of urgency....fast fired should be a thing across the board not just the temperature of the oven. Sometimes they will literally just stare at you until they decide to help you. As a former teen pizza maker (well into my early 20's). I can personally tell you it's not rocket science. Ugh I've typed this whole review and haven't even ordered yet...and there's only one guy with a 2 pizza order ahead of me! How disappointing.
