Not many vegetarian items. Very small menu. When I asked if they could toast the bread for a sandwich the response was no. I was shorted two cookies on my dozen ad well. Cookies are just ok.
I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here and was severely underwhelmed. Decor and taste both, no better than Walmart. The black frosting was actually bitter. They said it would be fine for the next day, when her party was.....the black frosting git a weird oil sheen to it and her name darkened and looked off. The rest of the cake just tasted very bland, cake a speck on the dry side. I won't be going back.
The owner, Mike, and manager, Christina, undoubtedly have the WORST customer service skills I have ever encountered. Upon inquiring about a wedding cake order, I was surprised to hear they had availability on short notice… now I understand why they had so much availability for the weekend. What should have been an exciting and fun experience was ruined. We were met with hostility, negativity, incompetence, and disorganization.
