The food was good. The pizza is delicious & I just took one bite. The burger was good, but I'd order the pizza next time (if we make it back)

I ordered a pizza and paid for the addition of green olives and when I got the pizza, it was a little cold but won't hold that again since it is cold out and the alls were not on it.

I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. I go to pick up my pizza and I am greeted by Shelly. We pay for our pizza and she gives me 4 packages of grated Parmesan Cheese and 4 packages of Pepper. I ask Shelly if I could get 6 of each. She tells me she is not allowed to do that. We have a group of people eating pizza. I told Shelly that I would pay for the cheese and peppers. She said there wasn’t a way to charge for the cheese and pepper. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. Today, I received the worst customer service ever. She had the worst attitude and could care less. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere. She should not be working with people as she lacks customer service. You guys lost a customer today. If a customer is willing to pay for something, you should allow that to take place. Shelly needs customer service training as her attitude is the worst I have ever seen.

The service was awesome. She gave us complimentary drinks. We aren't from Texas. We were just trying something, and my family loved it. Whenever we come back, it's a must-have.

Great owner and staff! Super friendly and very attentive. Love the random music that plays. We typically play name that band, song, and year released while enjoying some of the best pizza around air area.

So disappointed when I walked in to have lunch with my family and was told they were not taking orders. Her system could not have anymore orders. Really?!! So I had to leave so very disappointed and no lunch.

We always go to the Boss Pizza on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills and love it! Tonight we decided to order a pizza and have it delivered, unfortunately we had to order from the one on Western Center. First, they use either door dash or grub hub, not a biggie. When our pizza arrived and after opening it we see there is a piece missing! So obviously the delivery driver had a snack. I immediately called and told them and that’s when I found out they don’t even deliver their own pizzas. I was told after the girl talked with the manager that we would be getting a new one. After waiting for 90 minutes and no pizza I called, same girl answered and got snotty telling me that I can come and pick it up because they were waiting for the door dasher to get there. I paid for delivery I expect delivery! 9:00 and still no pizza so I called again, no answer because they were closed. Never again, I’ve learned my lesson!

The customer service here is now at an all time low. The last three times I ordered they messed it up and then this time we had to wait over an hour because they "accidentally" gave the pizza away with only a small sorry. We would have left, but the food was paid for....very ridiculous ?
Neat local place. Their pizza is pretty good, though pricey. My mom felt it was worth it for the cost - I'm still on the fence. Pleasant staff. Nice touch with the mini arcade.
