First time eating at Rosa's cafe. My husband and I were passing by and smelled something fantastic. We looked around and my husband said it must be Rosa's cafe. We went and I ordered the taco salad with beef and in my opinion it was delicious. Very flavorful. At the time I am writing this, I have now been there at least four times. The first time was a to-go order a friend brought me. It was a beef enchilada of some type and I was not impressed at all. The meat didn't seem to have any distinct flavor and I was a little put off about trying again.However, I ended up going in and it is a different experience. We had a really great meal here today. The whole family enjoyed it. It was delivered ready to eat before we even found our seats with our drinks. Really good food and all the employees seemed very nice and helpful.
