Shaun and Ali are great the vibe is great amazing music is awesome. The only problem I had was I got 7 shots and it cost 68$ and I tipped 10$ on green tea shots and the bartender commented that it was a low tip also she added a gratuity of 18% on the bill which I feel for a bar order is not normal. This was the only issue I had with the place other than that I really enjoyed my time there.

Had a team-building event this past Friday at Bowllounge. The atmosphere and bowling lanes were excellent. However, bar service was slow, and the staff at the bowling desk could have been more welcoming. The gentleman handling our table was fantastic but clearly overwhelmed—more staff would be helpful for busy events during the holiday season. Overall, my team enjoyed the experience!

First drink asked for, ran out of ingredients. Second drink asked for, not available. Third drink ordered, flat and apparently last one as couldn’t order more. But worse was the lane condition. There is NO slide as you approach the lane which is a bit dangerous if you’re not expecting it. Still fun to bowl would not go back
