WOW !!! This the first word I thought of after finishing these Tostadas. The Birrieria Jalisco is located in the Le Gran Plaza at Fort Worth. I stopped in for lunch and walked around the food court. This is not your standard mall food court. The signs in the mall are entirely un Spanish. And about 96% of the food court consists of Mexican restaurants. Randomly tried this place while checking out the mall. Busier than other places in the food court. And for good reason. One of the best chicken burritos I’ve had. Walk up for menu.

I decided to give this place another go, and I was disappointed. The queso birria tacos are still missing a whole lot of flavor. The tacos are more like quesadillas. The sauce with it equally flavorless. The waitress gave me chips from a table she was cleaning. I was hoping for a new experience. Not worth the time, nor the money.
