If you want to have little visitors on your table then go here. There were roaches everywhere. But on that note I’ve also witnessed roaches at a few other restaurants inside the Gran Plaza. Think about it. If they’re at one then they must be at all.

I decided to give this place another go, and I was disappointed. The queso birria tacos are still missing a whole lot of flavor. The tacos are more like quesadillas. The sauce with it equally flavorless. The waitress gave me chips from a table she was cleaning. I was hoping for a new experience. Not worth the time, nor the money.

WOW !!! This the first word I thought of after finishing these Tostadas. The Birrieria Jalisco is located in the Le Gran Plaza at Fort Worth. I stopped in for lunch and walked around the food court. This is not your standard mall food court. The signs in the mall are entirely un Spanish. And about 96% of the food court consists of Mexican restaurants. There is an Auntie Anne's if you would like American fare.I chose this place out of the group because I wanted a Tostada and this was the first that had it listed on their menu. The staff had very little English language skills, which matches my very little Spanish language skills. ?It took a few attempts but I was mostly able to order what I wanted. I was attempting two ground beef Tostadas with a side of beans. I got two beef steak Tostadas without a side of beans. Purely a language barrier. The Tostadas were the best I've ever eaten.....hands down. The guac was very fresh as was the rest of the toppings. I will definitely put this as a must stop when I'm in the area. I cannot speak to the rest of the menu but I wouldn't hesitate to explore.
The food is delicious and excellent customer service
