Very relaxing atmosphere. Great food and service. Only downside was the live music was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had a bone in pork chop this juicy. The jam sauce that comes with is top tier. I loved the bar area and the drinks were good. We did eventually move to a table and the service was excellent. The views and the atmosphere alone will have me return. This is an excellent choice for a private dining wedding reception or small group celebration.

I would give this place $6 if I could. My wife and I met another couple there recently and it was our first time there and their second time there. I had the pork chop which was probably the best pork chop I've ever had , and that includes Cooper's barbecue, and my wife had chicken dinner period three out of four people at the table eight pork chop which tells you something period the side items were very good and I don't normally order dessert but they were so enticing I made an exception period our waitress was Emma and she was outstanding and very attentive.

It was our first time at Branch and Bird. It was wonderful! we can't wait to go back again.
It's not very welcoming st all. This is my second time going. The sliced beef sandwich was fantastic but the turkey club was decent.
The staff are very friendly. The food was superb!

wonderful meal and a friendly staff, in a casual setting. the highlight of our visit to Ft. Worth!
Excellent spot with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh, well seasoned, and nicely presented, and the menu has a good variety for breakfast or brunch. The coffee/cocktails were also really well made.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the space is clean, bright, and relaxing—perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. Great value for the quality. I’ll definitely be back.

Great view! Good service. Prices a little high. Caesar salad with chicken was mediocre. Chicken was dry. The steak flatbread was excellent. Dessert was supposed to be salted caramel cake. No salt, no caramel. It was good but not what we thought we were getting and wouldn't have ordered had the description said strawberry cake which is what it was. We might try brunch there but won't go back for dinner.

Service was good and view was great, although it was cold they had several patio heaters to make it enjoyable.
This was my husband and I first time here and it was wonderful. Our waitress Zoey was awesome. She suggested the mashed potatoes and so glad I trusted her. They were delicious. The ambience was beautiful and I will be returning.
Very nice vibe on the roof top Saturday evening. Weather was pleasant. I was a bit chilly but they had heaters. I enjoyed the special “holiday cocktails”. I had a sugar cookie espresso cocktail and my husband had a s’mores inspired drink. The flatbread was ok. Good quality and portion but soft, I prefer a bit more toasting of the dough. The pork chop was delicious/perfectly cooked! The other highlight for me was the brussel sprouts. Definitely a must try as a side with the pork chop. Waitress Angela was kind and attentive. She even couched us to get getting a great balcony photo for an anniversary momento. Overall it was very enjoyable!

Hi, I am writing this review because I was really excited to eat here since it was my first time and I was celebrating a special event.
Needless to say, I am disappointed. When I entered the restaurant I said I had a reservation to the hostess and prior to this interaction, because it was my fiance's birthday, I wanted to have balloons on the table. I called two days in advance to make sure this was acceptable, and when it came time for my reservation I also arrived early to drop them off and have them on the table. Instead, the hostess did not follow my request and even when my fiance and I sat down for dinner, I could already tell that the experience was not on track.
I know I can't have everything as expected and things happen, but I've worked restaurant biz for a number of years and know how it works. The waitress (I dont want to name drop) introduced herself but did not even bother to ask if we were celebrating even though I explicitly said on my reservation I was. As service went on we decided to order drinks and our appetizer. Our drinks did not come til we were already about to be on entrees. So I had them sent back.
When entrees came out, our server did not even bother to remove any of our previous dishes or replace our silverware, instead a different server had to come over to do so while she even had a larger table. I could tell just by the way the servers and the hostesses were dressed that it's a nice restaurant pretending to be fine dining.
There was no professionalism whatsoever, and none of my requests were delivered effectively nor timely. Therefore I am upset because it was a birthday dinner with no special quality added to it. If I wanted to have a basic experience I could have walked down the street to Jake's.
And that's exactly what I got at Branch and Bird. The nice qualities are the ambiance and a decent menu. Im sure it is a lovely place to be but from my experience I do not think I will be returning.
From the way of service such as presenting themselves, removing the dishes appropriately, being interested in the guests, mannerisms. Look, if you wanted to make a quick buck then go to chili's. But if you want to make more at least pretend to care about your guests even if you hate your job.
I don't even know really what else to say, maybe our server was busy. I dont know how things were for her outside of our table but I can say that if you are not good at multitasking, find something else.
