Rising Roll Gourmet Café is a great little find, described as the best restaurant on this side of the Mississippi. The food and service is top tier, fast, friendly, and delicious. It offers extremely reasonable prices, good food, and clean tables with quick counter service. The restaurant has a true espresso machine for lattes, doing a nice double shot of espresso that is much better than Starbucks. A turkey with bacon avocado on a croissant was made absolutely perfect, with a nice and soft croissant, and the staff is not greedy at all with their meats. The grande (breakfast) burrito with sausage and potatoes and a medium coffee is filling and costs less than $8. The menu has plenty of options. The area is clean, and it was busy the whole time, with many customers who also work in the building or area. The employees are all friendly. The restaurant is inside a commercial building on the second floor, close to the convention center. It is easy to get into and out of, with fresh food that tastes great.
