I just went to braums with my boyfriend and ordered two cones and some more. And as we’re getting our order took the girl on the headset gave us attitude and didn’t even tell us our total. While getting handed our ice cream they took so long to hand out the order they made us pull up and ice cream melted all over my hand while waiting for a milkshake and everytime the girl brought out our ice cream we had said thank you and she ignored us and walked away with attitude. While they gave us the last thing of ice cream we said thank you so much have a good day and she completely ignored us and only nodded her head and walked away. I don’t remember her name I think it said Diana or something
Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Braums. And I’ve been here several times.
Awesome customer service. Although they are busy they are smiling and keeping everyone informed on their orders.
I love going to braum's . I can remember taking my children there and getting dinner and after letting them choose a flavor of ice-cream. I always love the soft serve frozen yogurt twist on a sugar cone. My favorite part is the friendly staff. Treat yourself and oh they make a great breakfast too. Try them out you won't be disappointed !
Great food and drinks. Always clean. Always good when we go to FtW. We don't have them in San Antonio.

Restrooms a bit of a mess
Entire night shift needs to watch their mouthes and remember yall the ones working at braums.
Stopped by this past sunday evening. The employee taking my order was friendly. Her supervisor was not. Burger & fries were ok but the aloha chicken sandwich wasn't good.
Love the yogurt ice cream twist.

We only get the small, no-sugar added vanilla yogurt. It does the trick for satisfying the sweet tooth without raising the blood glucose. The price was $2 and some change for two.
Very clean well stocked grocery area. employees are friendly. Food was good
Order taker at drive thru was rude in tone and when I corrected him that I wanted a grilled chicken club not a grilled chicken he just repeated for me to go to first window in stead of yes mam grilled chicken club. I used to be a manager at this store so I was very disappointed
