Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I was just there yesterday, the inside was dirty floors tables dirty. Behind the counter had food and trash on the floor. Counters where they get the fixings was nasty. The young lady was cleaning the area where she spilled the nuts and was scraping it up with her hands and that counter was so dirty she was cleaning it with her hands then serving ice cream. Never washed her hands. They were serving ice cream with out gloves ice cream melting down . It was so gross. I saw the sink water so nasty . And I no it wasn’t from washing there hands. While we were waiting in line . I just went ahead and got ice cream from a box.

Rude cashier. Might even be the manager. Forest and last time visiting. I’m literally sitting here now eating my sundae.

I should go back there and see if you eat this. If you won't eat it, then why would you try to feed it to me?

There was an eyelash in my fries and a peanut in my strawberry ice cream. They are lucky i don't have an allergy because if i did that could have ended up being a bad situation. The fries tasted old as well.

I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream!!! This is the place to get the best ice cream, and on the cool they have the best biscuits and gravy around.

I JUST LEFT BRAUMS DRIVEWAY ABOUT 30 MINS AND GET HOME TO EAT MY FOOD ONLY TO ALMOST CRACK MY TEETH BECAUSE THE CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH IS EXTREMELY HARD ! IT MUST BE AN OLD AND STALE CHICKEN PATTY OR OVERLY COOKED TO LONG AND THE BACON WAS HARD, IT WAS BACON CRUMBLES! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY FOOD… TRASHED THE WHOLE BAG😒

Very rude. I told them the coke machine was spraying out on the floor. They replied just hold your cup up closer to the spout. Meanwhile it is making a mess all over the floor. No one cared to fix it.

Sent my husband to get food. He told the guy no tomatoes on my burger I’m highly allergic. Got to the window asked them if they made the burger without tomatoes he says yes. Gets home and there’s tomatoes on the burgers. How hard is it to read a screen and make the order the way it’s asked to be made. Especially if a customer tells u they have an allergy to a certain ingredient. Absolutely ridiculous never going back I can’t trust them to make my food even when it tells them how it’s make on the screen.

Doesn't seem clean and nobody wears gloves

Check your food. This is the third time I've gotten food from here and the order was absolutely wrong. The drinks are whatever size they felt like giving, and the patties were old like they were microwaved and left over from the day before. I'd understand if they were busy and rushing orders, but we were the only ones in the drive-in.

This particular location the customer service is horrible. The people that are working there or rude and incompetent. What I mean by incompetent is they always get the order wrong even though they do repeat it back to you. And whenever you order ice cream they do not want to give you a bag to put the ice cream in I don’t understand why you have to ask for a bag to put your items in. The Bag is included in the price so they’re not losing any money. From the managers all the way down to the staff these people are horrible. I will not be going back.
