Very rude. I told them the coke machine was spraying out on the floor. They replied just hold your cup up closer to the spout. Meanwhile it is making a mess all over the floor. No one cared to fix it.

Sent my husband to get food. He told the guy no tomatoes on my burger I’m highly allergic. Got to the window asked them if they made the burger without tomatoes he says yes. Gets home and there’s tomatoes on the burgers. How hard is it to read a screen and make the order the way it’s asked to be made. Especially if a customer tells u they have an allergy to a certain ingredient. Absolutely ridiculous never going back I can’t trust them to make my food even when it tells them how it’s make on the screen.

Doesn't seem clean and nobody wears gloves

Check your food. This is the third time I've gotten food from here and the order was absolutely wrong. The drinks are whatever size they felt like giving, and the patties were old like they were microwaved and left over from the day before. I'd understand if they were busy and rushing orders, but we were the only ones in the drive-in.

This particular location the customer service is horrible. The people that are working there or rude and incompetent. What I mean by incompetent is they always get the order wrong even though they do repeat it back to you. And whenever you order ice cream they do not want to give you a bag to put the ice cream in I don’t understand why you have to ask for a bag to put your items in. The Bag is included in the price so they’re not losing any money. From the managers all the way down to the staff these people are horrible. I will not be going back.

The burgers are good and the ice cream...yeah boyeeee!!! but the service tends to be slow and sometimes inept, but the good taste of the food can be worth it.

Excellent location for a quick grocery stop. They carry basic groceries along with their excellent selection of ice cream. The peppermint bark ice cream is like a winter day with a spoon. The diet coke is always perfect and the fries are usually hot and crispy. The employees are very friendly.

Actually braums food is always tasty, lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and people are congenial. We love brands for better food than most other drive thrus.

I’ve never left a bad review but this one needs to be said. I ordered my food and there was a vehicle in front of me that they asked to pull forward. My order was accidentally given to the car ahead of me, the customers returned “my order” and they took the returned food from the other car and tried to hand it to me. I could visibly see the people in the car in front of me opening the wrapper to check the burger.
I was extremely irritated and the staff member did this with the manager present.
Anything said in anger cannot be taken back and fast food is a difficult job, thus I bit my tongue and drove off bc they kept trying to hand me the food someone else was digging through. $11.03 wasted and not refunded but I will never eat here again, that’s basic hygiene and to not care is disgusting. It’s flu season and having other customers rummage through your food probably isn’t the best idea.
