There was plenty of employees present. The young lady at the register was having problems but nobody was interested in helping her, even after she asked.
The food did not take that long. Food was hot and the order was correct.

I recently visited Braum’s and had a very disappointing experience. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they also gave me a ridiculously small portion of ice cream for the price I paid. This visit was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing the issue, and I ended up leaving hungry and upset. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality and service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon unless things improve.

I'm now a big fan of Braum’s! Their burgers and fries are delicious, and the shakes are fantastic with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The prices are reasonable, and the friendly staff make it an even more enjoyable experience.

Hit and miss on the service sometimes. Sometimes the young people just don't seem very capable or they are often apathetic and then if you get a caring adult or the occasional youth that does care about his or her job and that makes all the difference. The food is consistently good in my experience.
