I went to braums all the time as a child and today I came into braums and a lady was being rude and she was rolling eyes at people and was rushing people to order really upset to do this but braums you guys need to get better people to take care of customers and better services

Honestly after 6 this place service gets horrible, literally coming inside waiting at the register for 10 minutes and no service just a bunch of kids walking around looking at me. At least the debbie was happy to check me out on in grocery
I hate to say that I did this but I did it and it’s not my proudest moment but if you have ever had a Braum’s banana split you just maybe do the same… I cut the line! When I arrived at the window to pay I was greeted by Xavier and he asked if my order was (….) I said know it was a banana split. He never questioned my order but said he would be just a minute and apologized. He was nervous because he thought he may be in trouble with his manager. I could see she gave him an unfair scolding and for that I want to apologize. Thank you Xavier for excellent service and for not panicking. You did an excellent job and my BANANA SPLIT was so delicious.
Braum's is nothing to write home about but always a reliable place to go.
