“This was my first time to Buffalo wild wings. I was impressed by the size of the bacon double cheeseburger and the onion rings were phenomenal. What I could care less for is what seems like the dry thick coating on the boneless chicken wings with the spicy garlic sauce course that wasn't spicy garlic sauce. It's the coating has something in it that resembles Tabasco sauce with garlic and very little garlic. The hint of garlic is not there. The server was very helpful as this was my first time there And I struggled for picking anything from the six-sided menu. Anyway, I did take home some of the cheese curds and I asked the server if they were cheddar and she said yes. Well I got home and took my first bite and I knew it was mozzarella. So a few disappointments but nothing that will keep me from coming back again especially the server. It was very attentive and explanatory and helpful. I could do with less of the chicken wings being coated in a hard crust and then some sauce stone on top or dipping into it to make it more easily edible. I'll try something different next time.“
“Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Food is fresh and delicious. Customer service is great. When I ask for extra sauce the young man front says “I got you” and I love that. Fun, clean atmosphere. We’ve been back 3 times now in the last couple of months. Good prices if you order online.“
“Was actually pretty good experience. Went there on a Monday afternoon at 630. I can see why the negative reviews.the hosts look to be college students. But hey the food is good and they got big TVs ! Our waiter checked on us multiple times even though there was a few rowdy bunch. Great place for family and friends! They don't pressure you to leave so that's good. Lots of room at the bar too! Als the Garlic wingless chicken was so good!!!!“
“Husband and I stopped in while visiting the area. Our server, Ally, was wonderful and accommodated our oddnesses. The drinks were well made, the appetizers were appetizers. Will be going back when we return to the Fort Worth area. Personal Experience: 10/10“
“The only server was Dasani and she was doing an AMAZING job, the hostess could've helped her out but didn't for some reason. I spoke to the manager, who was also the cook, after we finished eating our dinner. He told me that, other then Dasani, the hostess, and him there was only one other employee. I understand the lack of the necessary employees but this is a failure of higher management / corporate and is an exploitation of both the shift manager and Dasani's hard work. They should both get a raise and extra compensation for their effort“
