Ordering ahead is pointless the wait is outrageous I took my refund and let them have the food poor service

Food was good, but we got stuck with a bad server that made our experience poor. She rarely checked on our table. We had to flag down other servers to get utensils/refills. When she did come back, it was to give us the check and let us know we can pay on our phones or cash. We had cash and waited for her to come back but she never did. We left the cash on the table and walked out. We weren’t even five feet out the door when she comes running out and asks if our payment went thru on our phones. We informed her we left cash on the table, which she would have seen had she bothered to go to the table from the start.

If you want to be hugged up next to a toilet coming out of both ends for a few days come on down to BWW on South hulen! My whole familt has been sick since Monday after we ate here.. I don't recommend this place at

Tried to give this place another try but once again I was let down. Not a single person to help me upfront for 20 minutes. One heavy set girl said my order was coming but she never checked or got my name. Then I finally got someone to get a cashier and a “keke” finally came out to help me. But I am not coming back again. Wingstop or pluckers for me.Old post— Phone just keeps ringing and ringing. There is only one person upfront doing everything. Answering phones, taking orders, seating guests. Orders wrong. This place just seems like it needs new managment or owner to turn it around.

I have dined in at this location once and have ordered for takeout a few times. There have been repeated cases of orders not being completed at the estimated time and stuff in the order being forgotten. The food quality was a little disappointing. I will most likely not order takeout again, but the dine-in experience was not terrible, although I will probably not return for this experience either.
Spoke with Johnny to let him know our delivery order was completely messed up but was signed off by T. No extra ranch, didn't include our drinks, food was cold, and no sauce on wings. Oh and Fries were burnt. Johnny said there was nothing he could do and then preceded to hang up on me when I told him that I would be leaving a review. Just should be aware before you dine at this terrible establishment.

The restaurant was pretty empty and so was the beer selection. The food was as expected. The one thing that stood out was the good service that Devandric provided. If you go to this location ask for him. He will make sure your food comes out hot and will follow up.
