HOLY SMOKES, delicious! I got the chicken & waffles(cornbread waffles as per employee recommendation) So so good! It took everything in me to not consume every bit of it in one sitting. I think I will think about this place for the rest of my life. So sad I’m only here for a few days.
Wasn’t busy, short wait maybe 15mins, but everything is fresh served there.

I would be lying if I said I don’t gatekeep this spot because I don’t want it to blow up but I saw it being slandered and won’t stand for it. I rarely take pictures or write reviews on my food because I will not think twice and start chowing down if it looks bomb. The chicken, the waffles, the coffees, the refreshers, and their seasonal flavors are amazing. They are worth the “hour” wait. ? The food is being freshly baked and cooked unlike most places now so it takes a good minute. My sister introduced me to this spot back when they first opened and I’ve been going ever since. It’s has since then only improved every single time I’ve gone! I treat friends and family here so they can get a taste of how good it is. It’s one of the few spots I indulge and make the effort to drive too. Food is always fresh, people there are always super nice, and the spot is great if the weather permits it’s a great spot to eat outdoors. I would recommend anyone to try this place out if they love chicken, coffee, or sweets. Especially their seasonal flavors!

Parking: There is free street parking directly infront of the location. When there are events parking can get difficult and you will have to walk a good distance unless you pay to park.

The one star reviews are impatient peeps. Imagine a small sized food truck preparing fresh food instead of warmed up food right on the go. Like grow a pair and wait it out. ? it's worth it.

Coffee usually smacks for me when I order it, and the chicken is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone's extremely nice and location is absolutely cozy especially in the early morning time.

I visited Cafe Jose after a long 3-hour drive from Georgetown to Fort Worth to visit the in-laws. I had the pumpkin spice waffles with chicken tenders. I have never had tenders so crispy yet perfectly moist! And the waffles!
Perfectly cooked and paired very well with
Tenders. It is a bit of a wait time but worth it!
I might need to visit the inlaws more just to eat here again.

What a gem! Some of the best coffee in Fort Worth and incredible food to match. Their pumpkin spice latte was incredible - super smooth and strong coffee taste with well balanced - not too sweet - pumpkin spice flavor. The Hot Chicken sandwich was one of the best cooked chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Bacon egg and cheese was perfect.

Kid-friendliness: Nearby park has sandbox and toys.

The food came out fast, hot , and delicious. The red velvet waffles were the perfect texture for the crispy chicken tenders. Get the matcha.Get the matcha.
