The staff is so friendly and willing to answer your questions regarding recommendations needed in your preference, which is greatly appreciated. The young lady that took my order recommended the drinks I ended up going with. I ordered their strawberry matcha with oat milk and strawberry cold foam as well as their horchata latte.
Their strawberry matcha with oat milk and their strawberry cold foam was so good and had the perfect amount of sweetness. It wasn't overbearing, and I finished it so quickly, after I took pictures, of course. 5/5. Their horchata latte was creamy, and I tasted the cinnamon, hints of rice and the espresso, and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It was a perfect combo for sure. 5/5. Both my drinks were exquisite, and their customer service was great.
The exterior was so pretty, but it was a hot day today, so plan accordingly with this weather. They have a few tables set up, and it gives summer vibes for sure. There are also three porta-potties that are yellow.
You can always call to order ahead so you can grab and go if that is what you'd like. Definitely stop by if you haven't because their drinks are delicious.

I was going to get a horchata latte, but was told that it couldnt be subbed with oatmilk because it was actual horchata mixed in, not just flavoring. Totally cool, I just got a latte with some brown sugar. It could have been a hair sweeter, but was really good overall.

I came here with my bf a while back to get coffee and breakfast while we waited for what we thought was a farmers market(turned out to be happening the following weekend.) Cafe x Jose made everything better with delicious coffee and breakfast!

The breakfast tacos are amazing. Once me and friends found out about this place we haven’t stopped coming back and we’re about 30 min out on highway. I recommend going early, this place is amazing and everyone knows haha, but i’d wait hours for this food. Seasoned to perfection. The service is great too, everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and authentic. Oh and The waffles are delicious, tried the cinnamon vanilla and red velvet - *chef’s kiss.

All I have to say is dang it I love their coffee so much I get 2 of their large Horchata Lattes! I’m sure the girl during the week thinks it’s for myself and another person but no it’s for me…… if they offered a bucket version I would buy it in a heartbeat! I enjoy coffee but not many small coffee places have consistent quality coffee but they do and my addiction got so bad once my coworkers were wondering if I need AA for coffee……. Anyways that’s how good they are.
Always a great experience. From the coffee to the food and the folks making and serving.

The iced and hot honey vanilla lattes were absolutely amazing—10/10. Super smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. You can tell they really know what they’re doing with their coffee.
Also love the whole airstream setup—it’s such a cool vibe and makes the experience even more fun. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.
