When I got into the food trucking industry, I didn’t know a lot of what is needed to even get started. I had done some research, but was really just playing it by ear. I searched for a commissary and everyone was charging through the roof. Then I came across Dan with Lone Star Kitchen and he made the process easy. He was loaded with information, and if he didn’t know something he would say he didn’t know, but would possibly have a suggestion on where to get the information....read full review
