Tired Cava for the first time today and it was so good. I have to say I was more impressed by the service. Laura was so sweet and recommend everything to help me decide since it was my first time visiting. I really appreciated her customer service as it is rare coming into contact with people that are so pleasant.

Our office orders from them at least once a month and when I say they NEVER send the Pita Chips, I mean NEVER. The food is excellent IF you can get it. You can't call & speak to anyone. Tried going back in once and they offered NOTHING. Customer service, and packing food for deliveries needs to improve 100%, make it as good as the food is.

Idk what i did with my receipt but the ladies working the front today (9/30/25 @ roughly noon) absolutely know what's up and how to make an incredible bowl while keeping a clean, professional, and customer friendly vibe going on. They were kind, friendly, generous with the toppings and sauces, and just overall made it the best experience ive had at any cava. Thank you ladies! Pretty sure the extra pickles healed part of my soul. So good.

I actually had to revise my once positive review of CAVA after today’s visit, and I’m really disappointed to be writing this.

I decided to bring a friend along who had never tried CAVA before. She has food allergies, so she asked the cashier (a tatted chick at the register who seemed to be in a hurry) what ingredients were in the rice. Instead of helping, the response we got was: “Don’t know, it comes in a bag.” Seriously? That left us both stunned.

The whole experience felt rushed, unwelcoming, and honestly careless. While my friend was asking a simple question, the staff quickly moved on to other customers, leaving us standing there in disbelief. This is not the CAVA I used to love.

On top of that, the food today was bland, the drinks tasted like watered-down nothing, and the vibe of the entire visit just felt off. I left not only embarrassed after hyping CAVA to my friend, but also certain that I won’t be returning.

CAVA, please take note: This location is not what it used to be.

Parking is consistently horrible at Waterside. It’s as if they attempted to squeeze in as many space as possible and it coincidentally made parking worse. It never made sense to park in the parking deck for picking up an order from a restaurant. It’s an absolute shame that after placing an online order at CAVA, you are forced to wait in line with traditional dine in customers. I’m not understanding why togo orders aren’t housed on the shelf. Why waste my precious time?
