Three of us ate there on New Years day around 5pm....didn't know they closed at 6pm (maybe we missed the sign on the door...cashier didn't say nothing, either). Two of my family members showed up to eat with us around 5:15 and doors were locked and the crew refused to let them in the store.
I understand that the staff wanted to get home early but damn....lock the door around 5:15???
This is why I just get my stuff to go or stop going out completely.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Second time this month my order was incorrect. My hash browns were not in my bag. Last week I ordered spicy Chicken on my Cobb salad 2 different occasions but both times chicken was not spicy and I asked for 2 avocado ranch and got herb ranch

It was super busy at the time I ordered, but the service was great. It didn't take long at all.

They don't honor the military, as if we didn't have our friends and family die for this country only for this company to not honor a military discount because it'll take away from their profits, but sure they said they would if you get in uniform. Sorry Vietnam Vet, looks like you're not important enough to get this discount. Do better Chic Fila

Of course Chick Fila is good- it is the Lord’s chicken after all but this location is always on point! Dami is one of the customer service advocates and she is always ensuring the customer experience is top notch! I observe her from the drive thru and her QA/QC focus is always on point! Thank God customer service is not completely dead 🫶🏽

Today I was greeted by an employee Hendrix. He was polite, respectful, prompt, and quick to serve. Most CFA employees are great but this young man stood out. Had to send my appreciation.

Just had a fantastic visit to Chick-fil-A! Food was on point as always, but the service was truly exceptional. One of the staff members was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. That level of care made our meal even better. Big thanks to the team at Chick-fil-A for the great experience!

I frequent Chick-fil-A often, and I always request no meat on my sandwich and no drink, even when ordering a combo. At every other location I’ve visited, they remove the charges for items I’m not getting. Not this location. I was told “every location is different,” but I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A locations and have never been charged for something I didn’t receive.
On top of that, the manager was sarcastic, and the food was cold — both the hash browns and the sandwich. I’ve never had a bad Chick-fil-A experience until today. I will not be returning

Stopped in tonight to get dinner on the way home. Had two girls at the board taking orders and two guys outside handing the orders out. Nothing at all uncommon about this. But it was 7:30 and dinner rush was over and it was 42 outside. Asked guys how night was going and they said good but cold, Asked why they didn’t turn on the heaters. And said they didn’t work and showed handwarmers they pulled from pocket. Long story short I know they are teenagers but no need to have employees outside in the cold when you’re not really all that busy.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Chick-fil-A. I ordered three salads, and when my son was actively eating his salad, he suddenly found a live green insect crawling inside it. This is a major food safety concern, and I went back to the restaurant immediately.
The way the director on duty, Genesis, handled the situation made everything even worse. Even though her team had already told her what happened, she approached me asking what the issue was. When I explained that my son found a live bug in his salad while eating it, her first response was, “It’s such a small bug.” This comment was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. The size of the bug does not matter the fact that it was alive in the food is the issue.
She offered a refund but insisted on refunding it to the card used in the original transaction, even though I was the one who paid and had my card with me. When I asked her to refund it to my card, she refused and even implied that if she refunded it differently, the “real people” could come back claiming they never received the refund basically insinuating that I might be lying. That was extremely insulting.
She also gave contradictory explanations first blaming the kitchen staff for not washing the produce properly, then saying the produce comes pre-packaged. None of it felt sincere or responsible.
What bothered me most was that she never once asked how she could make the situation right. There was no genuine apology, no concern for the fact that my son had already eaten part of the salad, and no attempt to offer any reassurance or proper customer service.
I left feeling completely dissatisfied. The food safety issue is already serious, but the dismissive and condescending way the director handled it was unacceptable. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, and this experience did not reflect that at all.
I hope management addresses both the food handling and the customer service at this location.

I, for some reason, really like chick-fil-a’s iced coffee. I usually order the original, but with no syrup and with more coffee than milk. It’s a pretty simple order. Just original coffee, no syrups/sweeteners, and less milky. I made sure when I was ordering it this time that I was heard loud and clear. I was also polite about modifying it. The person taking my order even repeated my order back to me while she typed the instructions in, somewhat reassuring me that it was going to be made correctly.
Although I like their original iced coffee, I’m always nervous ordering it because every single time, without fail, they look at me like I’m crazy and like this is a super complicated order when it’s not, and this isn’t me being rude. I’m just genuinely perplexed and somewhat amused. I’m not doing anything crazy to it, I just don’t want it sweetened. Sometimes when I emphasize that I don’t want it sweetened and they reassure me that it won’t be, and I double check with them as they’re handing it to me, I take a sip once I drive away and it’s sweet. It’s not always this location that does this, but just chick-fil-a in general. Maybe there’s a global conspiracy on unsweetened iced coffee 🤔
Anyway, what they gave me this time was essentially just a cup of milk. The reason why I like chick-fil-a’s iced coffees is because they’re pretty strong on their own. I like the milk just to cut it a bit, but these people aren’t baristas, so I just say to add less milk and have there be more coffee. I’m someone that happens to like that crude oil bean juice straight up.
I was really disappointed (not mad) because I was having the roughest day at work and all I wanted was an iced coffee with more coffee than milk and no sweetener and they just dropped the ball on such a simple order. I should’ve said something when I noticed how light the color of the coffee was, but I didn’t want to be that person making a big stink in the drive-thru. I definitely should’ve said something though, because I made myself clear on what I wanted and it’s like they purposely made it the opposite.
Oh well! Let’s see if I can order it again in the future and have it made correctly. I should try another way of saying it.
“Can I have an iced coffee with just a splash of milk”, maybe.
Or, perhaps, “whoever fills my coffee with more milk than what’s logically allowed based on the instructions I’ve given you, will be banned from ever being considered based.”
I’ll try that second one.
