I, for some reason, really like chick-fil-a’s iced coffee. I usually order the original, but with no syrup and with more coffee than milk. It’s a pretty simple order. Just original coffee, no syrups/sweeteners, and less milky. I made sure when I was ordering it this time that I was heard loud and clear. I was also polite about modifying it. The person taking my order even repeated my order back to me while she typed the instructions in, somewhat reassuring me that it was going to be made correctly.

Although I like their original iced coffee, I’m always nervous ordering it because every single time, without fail, they look at me like I’m crazy and like this is a super complicated order when it’s not, and this isn’t me being rude. I’m just genuinely perplexed and somewhat amused. I’m not doing anything crazy to it, I just don’t want it sweetened. Sometimes when I emphasize that I don’t want it sweetened and they reassure me that it won’t be, and I double check with them as they’re handing it to me, I take a sip once I drive away and it’s sweet. It’s not always this location that does this, but just chick-fil-a in general. Maybe there’s a global conspiracy on unsweetened iced coffee 🤔

Anyway, what they gave me this time was essentially just a cup of milk. The reason why I like chick-fil-a’s iced coffees is because they’re pretty strong on their own. I like the milk just to cut it a bit, but these people aren’t baristas, so I just say to add less milk and have there be more coffee. I’m someone that happens to like that crude oil bean juice straight up.

I was really disappointed (not mad) because I was having the roughest day at work and all I wanted was an iced coffee with more coffee than milk and no sweetener and they just dropped the ball on such a simple order. I should’ve said something when I noticed how light the color of the coffee was, but I didn’t want to be that person making a big stink in the drive-thru. I definitely should’ve said something though, because I made myself clear on what I wanted and it’s like they purposely made it the opposite.

Oh well! Let’s see if I can order it again in the future and have it made correctly. I should try another way of saying it.

“Can I have an iced coffee with just a splash of milk”, maybe.

Or, perhaps, “whoever fills my coffee with more milk than what’s logically allowed based on the instructions I’ve given you, will be banned from ever being considered based.”

I’ll try that second one.

Went through the drive thru and got a sandwich and fries. The fries were not edible. It looked like the lid fell off the salt shaker. Even trying to brush off most of the salt it was still too much. There really doesn't need to be this much salt put on.

The people here don’t care about Chik fil a standards and consistency. Salad portion was very small and the brownie taste old and dry.

Got the order wrong again. I live 25 minutes from there. Drive there get the food. Drive all the way back to find out the order is wrong . 2nd time it’s been wrong. Frustrating.

Lyriq was absolutely AWESOME! She was such a sweet young lady. She brought our food out to the car and noticed our dog. She then went back and got our dog a pup cup. Not only was our dog appreciative, but so were we. She is the epitome of great customer service.

I love their cold brew but unfortunately the iced coffee has only be done correctly once! It’s 4 ingredients LOL if you count the ice but there’s always the vanilla missing or the half&half? They also seem to stress with any order larger than two breakfast items and make me pull to curbside! Customer service is good they just need some help with mastering making their coffee

This location never seems to get orders right! Something is always missing. The employees behind the counter usually have loud conversations & are generally unprofessional.

Chicken sandwich was tough, fruit cup only had apples in it? And the shake was mostly melted. A real waste of $15 sadly, go to the benbrook one instead.

Me and my husband eat here every Sat morning and our chicken on our biscuit is tiny and dried out!!l
The hash browns are undercooked! We will be going to a different location!
