I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this was the last straw for me and my husband. The first time his chicken sandwich was very chewy like it was uncooked but we let is go. We been here many times before and there was never a problem so no big deal this time, people makes mistakes. This time we got breakfast for us and our friends. They forgot my husband's sandwich so our friends gave us their food and the chicken was uncooked AGAIN! I never had a restaurant/fastfood franchise with uncooked food too many times. I still love Chic Fil A but I just won't be going to this location anymore.

Every Chic Fil A, I have been too has always been top notch. But for some reason this location always messes up my order, I have had two different occasions of were I place an order and they take for ever to get my food, or they will tell me that my order was blank after asking what’s my name after waiting in line for minutes. The employees are standing and talking which is not a bad thing, but if they could give better service and be on top of things then in stead of making you wait minutes before approaching one and asking what’s my order, after 7 cars have passed me and the one behind already has there food. Poor management seems to be the reason for the poor training of employees leading to bad service. It starts with management that’s were the problems always start.

Last time for me to be frustrated with the incompetence of the drive thru order takers. When I ask for “AND a fruit cup” don’t substitute it for my fries! To add injury to insult, I ended up paying ala carte prices for the combo. Happened too many times, won’t happen again.

The salads are great. The original and original spicy are the best. Waffle fries with the spicy Sriracha is good too.

We went as a family for a quick breakfast thru the drive thru and ordered spicy Chicken biscuits and orange juice for all of us and there was quite a line but it went exceptionally fast and everyone working was pleasant during entire visit with smiles on their face. Chicken was moist and flavored nicely with a kick of heat matched perfectly with jelly and the biscuits were cooked to perfection ?
