I don't normally leave reviews but I have to tonight because Chicken Express delivered on their title! Craving some tenders, I drive on over and order 4 tenders and the lady at the drive thru was super friendly. And much to my surprise I pull up to the car in front of me and a young gentleman comes out and hands me my food and takes my money within 10 seconds of ordering. I check my box and tenders are extremely hot and fresh! Forget what the negative reviews say, bc they...

Staff worked hard but my order got overlooked and my fish was given to a later customers order. They asked if I wanted to wait for replacement fish, I declined and they gave me several extra pieces of chicken, to make good for the mishandling of my order.
