We love how quick we are in and out on our lunch break... we are always greeted fast and food comes out fast... jennifer is our usual day time server and during the week.. she always makes us feel like we're only table she has at any Givin time ... restaurant was clean and Manger even stopped to check on us . Definitely my fave lunch place!

Chilis is always good to me but they way they have the tables set up it's literally sitting next to other people you didn't come with , and it's annoying I came with a friend and our tables were literally touching with another family of 3 kids and they were loud and bumping out table and chairs . Like some people like to not want to eat in a buffet or cafeteria style seating

The automated text we get for ordering states they will text you when to go inside for pickup, so I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes after estimated pickup time and received no text about food being ready. So I go inside anyway.. and see our food was sitting in the to go shelf with ready receipt at the time of completion. Our food sat for 15 min and me waiting outside, the lady with braids when asked why I didn’t get a text saying it was ready 15 minutes ago response was “idk I just got here” food was cold when I got home as expected when it just sits and no one there wonders why it’s been sitting other than just settling into their shift.
Update: Finally got the “Your order is ready” text .. close to 6 hours later

This place has casually gone down hill even though it’s relatively new. Last time we went inside and a waitress told me I was wrong when I told her how I ordered my burger. I got to-go this time and the fries had no salt, they were cold, they were hard, and tasted horrible. My burger was also wrong despite the instructions being there on the ticket. Not coming back here or probably any Chili’s. The one star for food is the chips and salsa. That’s still amazing.
The customer service is absolutely top notch. The bartender and servers make you want to come back immediately!
