Connor provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He greeted us with a smile, explained the ordering process clearly, and even took the time to verify the spelling of my name to make sure everything was correct.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine engagement. After we received our ice cream, he checked back in to make sure everything was good and that we were enjoying our experience. As we left, he thanked us for coming in and wished us a “chillin’ evening.”

The ice cream was excellent—smooth, flavorful, and some of the best we’ve had—but Connor’s service is what really stood out. He was friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Employees like Connor make a real difference in the customer experience. We will be back!

We got here 15 minutes before close. Oops! But they were so nice, it was my first time & they absolutely made me feel so welcomed.
They explained how everything worked & gave 10/10 customer service.
The establishment was well maintained & clean! My daughter got probably one of the best banana shakes ive ever tried to date & i order those everywhere!
I will definitely be returning!!

Maybe a manager should pop up and see how the workers are. No greeting, helpful on the products. Being a first time visitor, I waited to see if I could help and just looked at like why I am there. I left and see why no one else was there.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chill-N! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! they were patient with my kids and happy to answer all our questions, especially about the non dairy options.
Speaking of that, the selection was impressive. It’s not always easy to find good non-dairy ice cream, but everything we tried was delicious and thoughtfully made. No one felt like they were missing out, which is a big win.
The atmosphere really stood out too it was clean, cozy, and just the right mix of fun and relaxing. It made it easy to sit and enjoy our treats without feeling rushed.
Most importantly, both of my kids absolutely loved it. My 12-year-old daughter is pretty picky, and my 6-year-old son usually can’t sit still for long, but they were both completely happy and already asking when we can go back.
Definitely a spot we’ll be visiting again!

We tried this yummy ice cream yesterday. It was the creamiest I’ve ever had. The staff was awesome at explaining everything! There are so many flavor combinations and different ice cream styles (vegan, yogurt, ice cream, sherbet). We will definitely visit again.
