My husband drove across town to buy $30 worth of food with absolutely no seasoning. Imagine steak, which is already more expensive, with no marinade, beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole (which is more expensive) and NONE of it has seasoning. The bag of chips were half full and stale. It tastes like a big bowl of cardboard and not worth driving back across town to return their food. A loss of $30 we will not be returning

Less than perfect experience than usual. Asked to buy a kids size portion of chips. I was told they were out and they wouldn’t make it. Then I was told they don’t sale anymore it’s reserved for kids meals. Which lie is the truth? If I want to control portions this is not allowed anymore. Boo on chipotle for not allowing you to control portions.

The service was very good, the girl who served the food was really friendly. It is my first time visiting this place and as a family we wanted to sit, there was nowhere to do so. Everything was very dirty. The floors, the chairs and the tables. I think the manager should be more concerned about the lobby. Thank you so

They overcharged me for queso cause they ran out of queso when I wanted it on my bowl I told the worker and she acted like she didn’t understand and food wasn’t good I get the same order everytime I go to chipotle this was my first time coming to this location worst experience ever wouldn’t
