The food station was dirty like the had a huge rush just seconds before. The persons at the register and the topping station seemed friendly but the person at the protein station looked stressed and / or frustrated.
The food isn’t too bad today however, I feel like I got the bottom of the barrel with the grilled veggies more like burnt veggies. The service was not very friendly. I order about 3-4x a week via the chipotlane and I receive great service everytime. Shay was so on it today, she realized she didnt see my order. It did not process fully on the app, she took the time to make it right away. I am thankful for all the staff at this location, everyone is so pleasant.
