Hello, it would be great if you guys could develop a system for the drive through. I've come here twice during my lunch hour and waited in line 20 minutes. There were only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Secondly, I love veggies but the past couple of times my plate has had a significantly low amount of protein; this could be due to items being not ready for customers. Thank you.
Hit or miss…half and half but 3/4 rice?
Nathan, he gave me the best service and proportions imaginable! Very clean and the music was very nice.

Panda Express has staff who are kind and accommodating, such as Travis and his manager. The employees greet customers with excitement and go out of their way to ensure they have what they need. During busy lunch hours, there can be long lines, and some entrees may not be in stock. Customers have noted that if the food looks like it has been sitting out, asking for fresh items usually results in a generous serving. The food, such as the honey walnut shrimp and cream cheese Rangoon, has been well-received, with many appreciating the generous portions of meat and veggies. Although the restaurant's AI ordering system has faced some criticism, overall, the service and atmosphere make it a popular place for many. The staff often makes customers feel welcomed, contributing to a positive dining experience. Recent reviews mention excellent customer service by Roger, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Some customers feel that the noodles could be better seasoned, as they can be dry and lack flavor, but overall, the food and service meet expectations.
