Service was extremely slow in the drive thru. I must have sat there for 10+ minutes with one car in front of me. Once I got to the speaker with no one at the window I waited another 5-10 minutes before I was asked for my order.
I placed a drive thru order I live less than 5 mins away My food was extremely cold! I called asked to speak with the manager spoke with A Young lady she said the manager wasn't in explained I worked all day I wanted some hot food, she sarcasticly repeated what I said oh she wanted some hot food and hung the phone up! Unprofessional!
